I called Papa John’s phone number for the Parker Street location and was sent to a call center, to someone who barely spoke English. I gave her my order, she gave me the total, and it was incorrect. I was overcharged. She kept telling me to hold on to fix it, I was on the phone for 16 minutes.

Order pizza while in town for a sports event July 15, 2022. We got in late after a 9 hour driver and figured pizza was the best option. Pizza came and was delivered in a timely manner. Problem being it wasn’t our order. I called to complain at 10:37PM and they stated our order would be delivered in “a half hour” our food arrived at 11:40PM Ice cold and the breadsticks and cinnamon pull apart were rock hard burnt! Called the next day and they stated a General Manager would call back the next day when he was In and I still have NO CALL BACK, NO REFUND! I also complained to corporate and have heard nothing back. Very unprofessional company. You obtained $52 from travelers and did not at all provide the services as stated. Better business bureaus will be my next complaint

I will NEVER be eating pizza again after this!! I take a bit of my pizza and I look down at it. There was a couple of curly black hairs cooked into the pizza!! At fist I just thought oh its a cat hair and I got to take it off and it was stuck in the cheese of the pizza. I had to grab my daughter’s pizza from her hands then run to the bathroom and threw up it was so gross. We will NEVER eat pizza again!!

My wife ordered online and less then 10min it was cancelled I used a code and it no longer was valid and I was told she can do anything. I want to be contacted this is not acceptable I have worked with pizza you don’t cancel let the customer know it will be a little longer

My parents ordered pizza from here. Had their deliver time pushed back several times to the point it was pushed back over an hour from the first one. Called to find out why it was taking so long. Asked to talk to the manager. The manager was EXTREMELY RUDE! My parents asked why it was taking so long she gave them lip and worse actually HUNG UP ON US! When pizza FINALLY got here it was COLD! Used customer service hotline to complain and got NO RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY AT ALL! At the time of this post it has been a week. Will be getting my pizza elsewhere unless this is resolved

This location has really gone downhill. Our last order (Friday Dec. 1st @ 7:05pm) was absolutely disgusting. The Garlic Parmesan Breadsticks were burnt to a crisp, and there’s no way they should have been boxed up. I ended up taking those back to be replaced. Also, while i was waiting for the new Breadsticks, I noticed that not one employee was wearing gloves. Not even the one putting the green peppers in the boxes. That right there makes me not want to order from Papa John’s again! The pizza and wings were not cooked all the way. The dough was doughy on the bottom, and the sauce didn’t taste right. This is the worst order we have ever had from this location. I’m not sure what has happened at this location, but none of the employees seemed happy about being there.

Had issues the last 4 times I ordered from here. Won’t do again. Papa John’s quality as a whole has dropped but the bigger problem is the service. Example – they literally gave my order to someone else, then got annoyed and gave me attitude because yes I still wanted my food that I paid for. Manager didn’t care. Then as this seems to be repeat issues I let corporate know. The management even lies to corporate and says they call customers back when they don’t.
