A month ago I ordered delivery and got a call that I had to come pick my pizza up no drivers. I placed another order Aug 3 the order got cancelled by dominos but I received no call nothing to explain why. Today I ordered again my pizza took almost 2 hours to arrive it was cooked 1 hour before arrival and was barley warm. They told me it would be better for me to just come pick up the pizza as they had a large order come in which I guess made my order not relevant to them.

I did an online order on the 22nd of August,placed at 5:12p.m. ,then received a phone call an hour and three minutes later,just for the unprofessional manager (Andy) to tell me that he was just going to cancel my order because he didn’t have any drivers for the evening. He didn’t give me the opportunity to even come get it before he canceled my order. So I had to leave work to go to dominos and then Andy wanted me to pay full price for cold pizza that had been sitting on the shelf for almost two hours. Andy was very rude and unprofessional. The way he treated me as a customer, was very ridiculous. I still haven’t received my refund yet. He refuses to do anything about it. He called me today to tell me,that my opinion didn’t even matter and that there’s nothing else he could do. He has no respect for his customers nor his employees. I tried asking for information on how to get in touch with someone higher up in the chain. He refuses to give me information and then gives me false information. Also I know the phones are probably being recorded,so someone needs to take the time and listen on how Andy is treating his customers, he is very rude and disgusting to speak with. VERY UNPLEASANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

Placed my order at 7pm online. My mother can’t walk so my dad drove her up there. Thinking I could get an easy dinner for everyone. I chose car side delivery. After 45 minutes of waiting my dad goes in and is told they never got my order. I double checked and it said they were in the middle of cooking it. Checked the store to make sure I ordered at the right one. I did. She just didn’t want to make my order. Instead of cancelling it, she flat out lied.

I ordered online at 8:30 and 20 minutes later canceled . Then reordered at 9:15 at 9:35 it canceled. So went up there when got out they locked the door an run. This place sucks an do not recommend them at all. Last time ordered took 4 hours an only brought a pasta an no pizza over 175 dollar worth house full of kids had go store wait hour to get it all made at 11 at night . So don’t use them ever.

Do not order from this store if you want your food in a reasonable amount of time. If you make the mistake of ordering from this store, absolutely do not call two hours later to inquire about the status of the your order unless you like being hung up on. Seriously, two hours for a pizza only to hung up on twice because I called in to ask about it.

Two separate times now I’ve tried to redeem points for a free pizza so I can have lunch delivered to me while I’m at work. The first time, my order was cancelled within minutes, and my points were lost for two business days. Only the second time this happened did I receive a call saying they had no delivery drivers on a Saturday and that if I wanted my order it would have to be picked up. I had to cancel.

I ordered a sandwich, bread sticks & two drinks. I live 5 minutes away. My order stayed in Quality Check for almost an hour!! I finally saw a Domino’s driver, but he just drove on buy. I finally went to the store only to find out that my order was ready and waiting. WHY did that driver bring my order??? This place is seriously understaffed and until they hire more employes, the hours should be cut back.

I absolutely love this Domino’s location in Jasper! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, making me feel like a valued customer every time I visit. And let’s not forget about the pizza – it’s consistently delicious and never disappoints. I’ve never had any issues with my orders and everything is always prepared to perfection.
