I asked for picante ranch dressing on my online ordered and they dowsed my bowl with pico de gallo. This wouldn’t have bothered me if I wasn’t allergic to onions! I also got a large queso and they gave me two small little dressing cups of queso. I’m assuming they were out of the large cups, but two small things of queso definitely isn’t equivalent to a large. They also gave me not even half a bag of chips and they were all stale.

I went to this location 10mins after they opened on 8/29/23. I walk in and no other customers were there. I quickly got over not receiving a greeting as most places no longer greet customers anymore. I greeted the team member as she asked for my order (1Nacho). As she walked away to grab gloves, the other lady comes (who I assume was a manager due to the black polo shirt) “It’s going to be a while. “ With confusion I said “huh?” She proceeded to say “It’ll be a while til we get to you. We have 10 burritos to make. “ as she signaled her hand at the line of containers waiting. I said, “I’m only getting a nacho. Can I just get my nacho first?” We stare at each other blankly. The first lady returned with gloves on. The “manager” looks at her and says “Oh. You’re going to make it?”

The man who helped me was amazing! He made my food and it was so good. The girl who checked me out however was rude and kept rolling her eyes at me. He had already helped me but she kept yelling at me that we not ready. I was not in a hurry but she continued to be rude. I told her they were out of 2 drinks and she rolled her eyes at me again and told ok whatever. I may not go back just because of her. The man was amazing though and the only reason I stayed.

This restaurant always has a dining room that’s filthy with staff just standing around. Everytime I go in for what used to take 5 minutes now takes 15 to 20 minutes. The staff are very disorganized and constantly ineffective with customers. For example, one employee working the bar and 3 others just standing around. Eventually another gets on the line to help but it seems they always run out of something. But by the looks of the store prior to walking in they are goofing off and just having a good time. This store at one point had the best staff. What happened?

Rude & extremely disappointing. Store hours posted open until 10pm. Placed order via app. App indicated order would be ready at 9:03. Headed to store. Got notification my order was ready. Arrived at store 9:02pm. All doors locked. Could see workers inside and pickup orders on shelf. Knocked on door many times then called posted order pickup number multiple times. At 9:18, worker came to door, yelled through locked door they are closed. 9:30 Another worker came to door, cracked door. Told me to give him my card he would refund my order. I said why does the app say my order is ready and the store is open until 10. Google also says open until 10. Ridiculous! I will never eat at QDOBA again!

Ordered through the app last Friday and when I went to pick up my food, I was told they were closed for the day. This was at 11:19 am, and they were putting a sign on the door they were closing at noon. When I asked how I could cancel my order so I could get my reward back, I was told they did not know how the app works. This was my second bad experience at this location and will never go back.

Last couple of times they’ve been skimpy on the portions when I order delivery. When I go inside I get the amount I would expect. I gave this location another chance but now after waiting over 30 minutes and watching two dashers on my app give up waiting on them and then my order gets cancelled without an explanation. Now I’m really just annoyed and wont order from this location again.

I love Qdoba! But this visit was awful. Staff was friendly but it was 8:15pm and they were out of a lot. No white rice…. What?!? That is pretty much a main ingredient but they did have brown rice but it looked awful. I ordered the last taco salad shell. Out of veggies, new shrimp, white rice. I didn’t live far and the chicken was ice cold. I got a taco salad so really difficult to warm up when everything in my bowl is meant to be cold. Overall, just not the best experience. I understand trying not to cook things when you close in an hour but they were actually open till 11. So somebody needed to be cooking some white rice. Rice is cheap. I understand veggies and shrimp. This won’t keep me from visiting but I won’t go late again.

We ordered delivery through GrubHub. We got two burrito bowls. The first was not quite full. It was missing options that showed on the receipt and had very little steak in it. I had trouble finding it. The other bowl was half full in relation to the other not even full bowl. This is hand down the worst experience I have ever had with Qdoba. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of food we just got.
