Stopped in to use the bathroom. Wasn’t that clean but not filthy. Had two stalls, so that was good. Most Dunkin Donuts have just one bathroom for men and women or one each for both men and women.

I am from cape cod i was going to see children on Father’s Day with my wife. I was just yelled at by manager jamie because I asked at the register if I could have my hash browns extra crispy cause we don’t like them soggy which is what I told the tall young one. So the manager came up and yelled at me (Jayme) this place was busy and I was very embaressed and the woman next to me just walked out. I was told or yelled at I am very busy I can’t cook them the way you want it only the way I can do it. I said that’s how you are talking to me in front of customers obvioslusly this place doesn’t screen the management experience of its workers. I left and was so mad I went back in and said if you don’t like your job you should t work here and that I own a business if i apple to customers like that I wouldn’t have a business fire her

This dunkin donuts sucks. First and last time here. 4/18/23. There was Noone there when I placed a very simple order of egg & cheese wake up wraps and an iced matcha latte. The guy put virtually no matcha in my drink and when I asked for more, he took it behind the machine and literally served me back the same exact drink thinking I wouldn’t notice. Then my egg & cheese wraps looked literally thrown together, with no shape to it and cheese melting it of one end and the egg falling out of the opposite side. Between the gall on the drink maker and the coordination of a kindergardener for the wrap maker, plus the looks they gave me, I’m all set. Lucky I gave a 2 star and not a 1 due to the nice older woman at the register.

I don’t understand how to get into the parking lot. The ground is painted with arrows that say enter. Yet there big red signs on either side of it that say Do Not Enter. The other entrance said No Left Turn. Am I missing something

I’ve been to area Dunkin’s in the past. Never had any issues. I ordered to go, on the way home and received 2 iced coffee’s that seemed to be extremely burnt and soap flavored, so much that we couldn’t drink more than 5 sips and had to throw them away before our stomachs started hurting. Not sure if there was a problem with the iced coffee machine but I would definitely have this looked into. Also face to go labels outwards so customers can see their name.
