Went there on 05/28/2023 @ 7pm to pick our order up. I ordered pepperoni, sausage & x cheese pizza. Got home and opened my pizza. It was burnt and no x cheese. The cheese sticks and my husband sandwich were fine. I called them to let them know and the kid on the phone said “ we generally have you come back and get you a new pizza”. I told him I’ve been at the lake all day and didn’t want to get back out. He put me on hold. Came back and said owner said they did not send out any burnt pizzas today. We go there 2-3 times a month. I’m sure they dont care but lost my business. We have never had a problem there. Will go to DeSoto from now on. I’m not paying the high prices and not get what I ordered.

This location is extremely slow! They were not short staffed with their 7 employees/delivery drivers walking around. Ordered for pickup, sat in the drive through for over 20 mins and it still took them over an hour to have the small order ready. They also couldbt figure out how to associate the order to the correct name or phone number… I cant stress how slow they were. Whatever we saved for picking up was wasted waiting on them and wasted gas.

Have eaten lunch here many times before but apparently came at the wrong time, 1:00 in the afternoon, the place was filthy and there was hardly anything to eat on the buffet. Since the pasta was so dried up and gross I went to the counter and asked if they would have replaced it with some wings, I was told they no longer offer them on the buffet. Won’t purchase the buffet again.

Always delicious, fresh, hot, made really fast, friendly folks. Obviously expensive, but it’s worth it (and the new rewards program is really great). Love the lasagna, ravioli, and garlic cheese bread too. Delicious.

Ordered 2 lasagna and spaghetti coat 52 bucks not including the generous tip, they burnt 1 order of lasagna and used a half portion (had a second order to compare it to that wasnt burnt or half portioned) and they refused to refund or replace what they messed up and claimed we got exactly what we ordered and anything after that was our fault and or problem DO NOT SHOP HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE UNLESS YOU LIKE BURNT FOOD AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered on line. Stated food would be ready at 8:15. Arrived to pick up food to a not very friendly employee. Got food home and pizza was cold. Clearly had been sitting for a while. Missing a salad. Called and they wanted to drive back up to pick up the salad they forgot to place with my order. Not a good experience.

Had to stop and leave a review because I had possibly one of the best and friendliest customer service interactions I’ve ever experienced. And as a Google reviewer who has tons of reviews and experiences with food that’s saying ALOT. My reviews have been used and seen by tens of thousands of people (toot toot to my own horn) but Beverly at the Hillsboro imos takes the cake for the most contagious happiness I’ve ever seen! You could hear her smile through the phone and she was so engaged in the ordering process as simple as it might be. Kudos Beverly, and to hillsboro imos.
