Terrible experience this morning. I went inside to get a coffee and a half dozen donuts to go. I counted 4 employees inside from the counter. All were gathered near the drive up window. As I waited to be helped, I was seen by all and still nobody attended to counter where I was waiting and another waiting for his order to be completed. Probably 5 minutes had past and I finally gave up and left. Nobody even made an attempt to call me back.

Customer service was non-existent. The window cashier appeared inconvenienced when we asked for a condiment. The food was thrown in the bag. It appeared we were done so we drove away. We realized about 5 min later we didn’t have our card or receipt. Returned to get card. The person who spoke on the speaker said to pull around. When we did the staff all stood inside and didn’t come to the window. When they saw me looking at them the young lady rudely asked what we wanted. I told her we didn’t get our card back. From that point we were taken back by the attitude and the “f” words that were said. Fully understand the challenges of staffing but customer service should still be a standard. We also asked for the receipt we were never given and were told sorry they couldn’t. We had been there just 10+/- min earlier.

For a long time, I have bought Tim Horton in the US because once I had a great experience with this Canadian brand in Canada. But this branch changed my mind. I had my worst mocha in life. It was like a tea spoon of chocolate in hot water without any taste.

In all Tim Hortons I have visited, this is the worst. I should give 0 stars, they don’t deserve 1 star. The drive through cashier shift 1 was absolutely rude, they way he give our food was completely unacceptable. When I tried to call to speak with the manager, the woman who answer the phone did not allow customers to speak with their manager; the woman on phone was just as rude as cashier, all extremely unprofessional. We will never visit this store, there are many other Tim Hortons in this area that will treat you as their customer with friendly and professional service. This is my last visit sadly.

Unfortunately, places do this a lot… And I will now be pushing back against it… They forgot to leave out bacon in my turkey croissant sandwich someone had left their bag at this location, so I gave the bag to a worker. Hopefully this person finds the bag. Maybe they would have noticed if they were watching the previous person leave. I call this constant customer awareness. Or CCA. I used to work at a grocery store, and naturally you develop this skill. When I left there the workers weren’t paying attention and I was watching them for a good 10 seconds, and they were talking amongst themselves. 10 seconds may not seem like much, but in customer service, it is. At the jewelers I also worked at, you have to greet the customer when they walk in: Under 30 seconds. Under 30 seconds, that was a part of the training. It matters, any time over that, or even in some cases, under that, people will think that you are ignoring them, and they Will Complain. The customer service industry is a delicate ecosystem that takes very special people to continue to make it run smoothly. Please let’s all try to be better… And remember each customer, and their wants and needs… Let us remember the absence of Bacon

Went here multiple times. Their ice tea always taste like iron and is gross and 90% of the donut icing ends up on wrapper. They only get 2 stars because they have wraps. I recommend going to the Columbus pike location 2 miles away.

We ordered a large iced caramel coffee. I order this every tim hortons I go too. It originally is made with cream in it and that’s how it’s advertised too. When we pull up to the window the guy was very nice as my boyfriend told him that’s not what we ordered. It was a straight black coffee. So the guy turns around and ask one of his coworkers if that is the right thing and she was just standing there on her phone and got all snotty and said what’s the problem and he told her that we wanted cream because that’s how it is made and she continues to say we never asked for it and just gave us dirty looks the whole time we were waiting. The guy went and fixed my coffee without complaining and was very polite. But the lady on the other side was just rude. This is the first Tim hortons I’ve been too that messed it up and it was just a small mistake that could’ve easily been fixed but she was very rude with us instead.

I got 2 breakfast wraps and both had eggshells in them and were missing the hash browns in them for $5 a piece. My caramel iced coffee also has no flavor. Always a disappointment going here.

I typically have okay customer service here but there’s a new guy working here who is kind of strange. I don’t want workers asking me if I do drugs and believe in spirits and god while I am trying to get coffee…
