If you want dunks go to literally any other one except for this one! I’ve given it a couple tries because it’s right on the way to my house from work but never again I’ll go 5 minutes out of my way for better. The food is always made wrong or just forgotten about. Drinks are made wrong. They take FOREVER in the drive thru I’ve seen many people drive off after ordering because it was taking forever. One time I told them someone drove off just because I used to work at dunks in high school so i know it can get confusing when someone drives away. The girl looked at me like i had 6 heads. Then the manager walked up and double checked what i got. You would’ve thought I spoke to them in gibberish I even started to question myself if I was making sense Prime example that fast food workers shouldn’t be making more than they do already.

There so rude in there and can’t get a order right and they kept giving me wrong.. I like 5 minutes that manager walks over us what I ordered as a medium iced coffee 3 butter pecan swirl 3 sugars and 3 creams and another medium ice coffee same exact way bacon egg and sausage bagel… Come on guys step it up or won’t be coming here… And staff and management always rude just to let you know

We are a shovel crew that work over 30 hrs a snow storm. We stop at Dunkins with a 4 person crew all order something and God forbid you order $30 of food and get told at drive thru We need to come in. We come in the lady is complaining about she is upset cause we order $30 worth of food. If we knew the inside was open we would have gone in. No need to be upset or tell the customer we ordered too much. Not to mention every time we come here all staff are rude and hate thier job and coffee is never hot. Good luck on your sales with that team of employees!

Don’t get me wrong i love dunkins but when ordered cold foam on my drink they never put it on, i know really shouldn’t be complaining but that’s 70 cents waisted. And when i ask (shouldn’t have to) to put the cold foam on because they didn’t the first time, they always end up putting the wrong kind on. ruins my coffee :/
