If I could give 0 stars I would. We are absolutely disappointed in our meal. We don’t eat out often but tonight we decided to because we could afford it. We should have chosen somewhere else (next time we definitely will). We ordered a 16 piece meal with 4 large sides and 8 biscuits and a drink. More than enough to feed a family of 4. We wanted extra crispy, they were out so we went with the original. The chicken was like it was sitting in hot oil for way too long, soggy beyond belief to the point the breading was just sliding off and was the texture or pudding. For sides we got 2 fries, Mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes and gravy. They forgot our gravy which made the potatoes very sad. The fries were super stale and flavorless. Now when I try to call to try to rectify this the either don’t answer or they hang up on me. Absolutely ridiculous, don’t waste your money here.

OPEN PIC and see as big as a q-tip. As usual, the item received looks nothing like Item on the app! It’s my own fault. I keep giving this restaurant a chance It either goes under new ownership or new management, But I think they’ve been lying each and every time.. It’s been a year or so since I ordered from here and once again It is the same nastiness.. The food is Disgustingly greasy, the biscuits are not cooked all the way And the chicken tenders are like beef jerky.. I finally learned my lesson And we’ll never eat at this Kentucky Fried Chicken again!!!!. UNLESS it gets torn down, rebuilt. Add paula dean or rachel ray ARE behind the counter AND Gordon Ramsay takes my order:) Plus for the amount of Money you spend for one of the cheapest birds around, Is complete And utter insanity.

The elderly woman who was working drive through revealed to me that the restaurant does not cook to order after I had asked for fresh cooked food. Saying that the chicken had been recently made. When I received the food it had clearly been sitting out for hours.

Last month I have tried this KFC. The first time on recommendation of the person I was with for this chicken sandwich which was awful it was dry there was hardly any chicken because it was overcooked and old. it had no flavor I thought I would chip my teeth. I didn’t think my experience could get any worse so I wanted to go ahead and try the famous bowl which is something I have had from numerous locations and it has always been good unfortunately this location did go beyond my expectations of how bad it could get it was not even half-full there was so few pieces of chicken in it and they were thin they were like this size of a quarter and I’m talking sickness as well there were four pieces of corn no cheese no gravy it was just wrong from top to bottom unfortunately the top and the bottom met pretty much in the same place pictures are included

Today the person running the drive thru was having a hard time because she wasn’t holding the button down the whole time she was taking. I ordered 2 entrees. I got one spork and one napkin. There was some kind of cheese (I hope) on top of my mashed potatoes. The lady forgot my slaw. … which she would have realized if she had just read the order back to me, so I was not charged for it. When she gave it to me, it was just dry cabbage and carrots. The chicken has to be leftovers that were refried. Everything really is awful at this location!!!!! I will not be ordering here again.

We’re done ordering online. The orders are never right. The food is subpar. You get a famous bowl and you get 4 or 5 of the smallest pieces of chicken in it. It’s like they go out of their way to be as cheap as possible.

Got cold chicken nuggets and all the toppings on my sandwich were on the edge of the bread and barley touched the meat or center of the bread. I can see an out of alignment machine making that mistake but not a person. Fries were good though! So one star for that…

Not only did they mess up my order (gave me a pot pie instead of a chicken sandwich/fries) and I had to drive back and use up the rest of my lunch, but the food actually looks like my old order (cold fries) and they even took the pot pie back, not offering anything extra for the severe inconvenience. One of the ladies did apologize, but the other was rude both my first time ordering and practically acted like THEIR error was MY fault.

We did a family of 14 for a good dinner but it went bad quickly. I guess they had a sewer backup because it had such a smell we couldn’t eat inside. It was awful, we had to leave and with smells like that, it killed our appetite.
