0 stars if I could. Having a terrible experience with the other location so I was asking if they could help us out in any way if we place a new order to expedite it. They argued with me rather than being remotely helpful. They are still a Papa John’s and represented the company horribly. When I tried talking to customer service, they told me that I could submit a feedback form and hear back in 48 hours.

This store has gone down hill fast. I was recently told i was out of their delivery range but knew it wasn’t true having worked for this company in this area. I ordered this last Friday night for delivery. My order came to me completely wrong and not cut. I called in to have it corrected and the manager on duty was rude stating he’s not taking orders right now because he’s so far behind and he was placing me on a long hold. I told him I’m not caning to place an order in caning to get an order fixed. I was on hold for over an hour with no resolution. I wouldn’t mind talking with the store manager or owner over this store’s treatment of customers.

Walked in to place an order at 8:30. The manager or a guy that was acting as a manager told me he wasn’t taking orders and turn around and walked away. I stood there for a moment and from behind a rack he yelled at me saying he wasn’t taking orders and that I had to leave. A little shocked, I turned and walked outside. I saw the name of the management company on the window so I took a picture of it then started walking to my car. He then came out side saying I had to leave and I couldn’t take pictures. I told him what I thought of him and left. Not sure what his problem was but there are many pizza places to choose from.

I order a xl pepperoni pizza I received a xl chesse pizza .I was told they would give me a credit. When I called for my credit the Manger wouldn’t honor it because it wasn’t in the system. 05/05/2023- Updated review, it has been about 5 months since the last time I went to get a pizza from this location at Missouri and Gulf to Bay. I was very very pleased to find out the same night manager is still working there because he has a really awesome sense of nobility and an all-around awesome sense of humor. More importantly in very many ways he edifies what customer service and integrity is all about. The two crew members he had with him we’re showing the same amount of dedication along with expectation. And the young man who made my pizza with paying attention to detail very seriously. I give the crew that was working a very big thank you. And I would have to also point out that the night manager is truly where’s his weight in gold as the phrase goes. The location has also improved in the areas of looking a hundred times cleaner, the ambiance being more upbeat and cheerful, and I really felt a sense of thankfulness and appreciation for me going in and placing an order. My final thought concerning this location is on that night crew I could say that the employees did not show any of what I’ve noticed to be the normal attitude of the covid-19 workers. By that I mean these individuals were not showing the attitude of I don’t want to work hard but I want to get paid like I’m working hard. I have the utmost respect for that crew because these guys work their butt off and truly did earn 100% of my respect!! I will definitely be going back and I just hope that this location is able to deliver to the building I work my security job at on Clearwater Beach. Thank you for an awesome experience guys keep up the good work. This is security officer Williams and I stand behind this review 100%!
