I was a weekend customer here at this restaurant, it was great. Good food and everyone was nice until one day when I did a pick up order they said it wasn’t ready yet and to pull forward. I watched the gentleman come out and another customer come out of his car and handed him a bag (my food) that apparently the customer grabbed in error. Not the restaurants fault I understand. But Not only did the owner or employee whoever he was not even go back into the store, he came to my car window and with THE SAME BAG that the other customer just handed back to him which means they went through it (sandwiches were clearly unwrapped and touched and wrapped back up) and handed the bag to me. I told him no way, I want new food, someone already opened this and went through it. He walked back in the store for literally 3 seconds and came back out and I left. When I got home I found that handed me the same bag. Same opened disheveled sandwiches and everything. Disgusting. I threw it in the trash and Haven’t been back since. I now get my sandwiches at Rutters. Way better and less expensive.

Used drive-through. Blueberry muffin very dry and somewhat hard. One bite and it tasted like it was 3 days old. Went back inside store and they changed it for a fresh muffin. Why sell the stale ones at all?

I’m a nurse at the York hospital and get coffee every morning there the service was miserable she definitely didn’t wanna be there and squirted can cream on my cold brew so I called to ask is that what u use for your sweet foam ? It’s not foam to me at all. and a rude man says yes that’s what we use and hung up on me . Our staff at York hospital especially on my floor spend an astonishing amount of money with DD I will be sure to let them know how I was treated by the Shrewsbury location.

I understand in the morning and lunchtime may be busy but the rude service is not needed. I ordered my drink and wanted to get something to eat before running my errands with my little one. I tried to order some wrap and there were options to what kind I said it three time that I could pronounce or really see the one word and I said no the one with eggs and the worked continued to cut me off while I was speaking and put the opposite one which I wouldn’t have liked so finally I just said to scrap it. I get to the window and with an attitude she said which quick wrap did you want. Which wasn’t even what I wanted to begin with not. I told her just to give me my drink. I’m not one to complain about things I’m really not but this upset me. Pretty sure it was one of the owners at that!

I come here to order ice cream from Baskin Robbins. Since there is self serve kiosks, every employee ignores you when you approach the counter. Mind you, you are unable to order from the Baskin Robbins menu on the self serve kiosk. You wait 5 minutes+ for someone to even acknowledge you at the counter and then proceed to be rude when taking your order. It took 13 minutes to receive my 1 iced coffee and 20 minutes just to get 2 scoops of ice cream. Absolutely ridiculous. Service is horrible! This type of service is a second time occurrence that has happened to us.

I ordered a large iced coffee with 3 caramel swirl, regular cream and whipped cream. They charged me $5.08. Ridiculous. Last time I checked I wasn’t at Starbucks. I frequently do to this Dunkin too and it’s never that much. When I mentioned it seemed like too much the girl insisted it was right.
