They gave our order to someone else by accident. Then they had to remake all of the food. After the 1/2 wait they didn’t give us what we ordered wrong toppings on pizza and subs. Chicken wings were still frozen. Wasn’t happy. You would figure one person out of five would have been satisfied but we were all strongly disappointed with the food service and price. From now on I will just drive across town to a Lil Ceasers

Give minus 5 stars, Ordered from this location hundreds of times b4 but this time has me questioning going back. I ordered 2 orders of garlic knots which didn’t taste like any garlic was added & they were so overcooked (almost burnt) & tasteless. Lg pizza was ok & 2 ltr diet soda was cold. But I am really very disappointed.

My estimated pick up time was 11:19-11:29. I got there at 11:33. There was still a 3min time on my order. I’m not mad, like not at all, I work in food, I get it. But the app I used to order and track my food, said that my order was completed. However, after my 5min drive to the store I learned that my order was not completed. Again, not mad. Just please fix the app so it gives more accurate honest times. Food was great. Thanks a lot.

you need to hire more drivers, and you need to figure out your online ordering services. for the past several months every time i order on the app it tells me there’s an error and gives me a random phone number. you’ve also been an hour late delivering my pizza several times, kinda ironic when you’re late delivering the pizza that i got for free because it was over an hour late. i’ve delivered pizzas before, figure it out guys seriously.

Only giving one bc I had to. We were told a hour and they called at 45 min saying it had been done for 20 min. We get there and sit in the drive thru window for 5 min wile all 8 ppl seen us sitting there and did not help. The manager had to have someone come help us. They did not have gloves or hair nets on. The food was overcooked and only half of what we ordered. And they got the name on order totally wrong. Idk what was going on with them tonight but I hope they get it together.

Went through drive thru and ordered $30 worth of food. The lady needed help putting in our order and took forever. When we came to pick up our food, we were told to come back later. An hour later we were told that we didn’t have an order in! We had already paid for our food, and there was absolutely no trace of our order! The manager didn’t want to refund us, probably thinking we were lying, which is understandable, but he ended up giving us our money back. Went away starving and very disappointed!!!

Food was ok. I ordered 3 pasta bowls, 1 bread bowl and 2 in the tin. I got 2 bread bowls and 1 tin. I told the very nice lady at the window that it was ok, not to worry. When the manager in training was told, he acted like a VERY IMMATURE CHILD! Tossing boxes around on the counter… very unprofessional! I hope he gets alot more training and can improve his people skills.

There needs to be a zero star. I ordered the 2 for $6.99 on the phone. Sent my husband to get the food. They over charged him. I called the store and they refused to fix the issue!

Ordered food at 8:15 pm and was told it would be 45-50 minutes. At 915 pm I get a call from the delivery driver that he got stuck in a ditch but would be at my place soon. At 9:45 I call the shop to get an update and was told the driver is still stuck, that they will make fresh food and have it to me in 20 minutes with the other delivery person. At 10:30 I call the shop again and ask to cancel the order and get a refund. The guy starts going into what happened to the driver and they can make the food again. I said just cancel it and give me a refund and suggest that in the future they communicate better with their customers. The shop should have called to explain what was going on and set some realistic expectations on when I would get my order, not the driver all upset because he was in a ditch. And no matter what the circumstances it shouldn’t take over 2 hours to get food.
