I am honestly the anti-Karen but honestly this is the worst food I’ve had in a while and this is just Taco Bell I was not expecting much. My tacos were so stale I just ended up going somewhere else to eat. Go to a different Taco Bell this one is not worth the money.

Service was terrible as the person kept asking after every option we said is that all as if they were in a rush but there was three cars in the parking lot and the inside was closed. On top of that they were acting like i had done something wrong by showing up to buy some food with the attitude. The food we got everything correct however anything cooked in oil tasted like it was extremely old oil and the hush puppies were waaaay overcooked as inside and out was just a crunchy and extremely hard. Some of our drinks tasted like they ran out of the drink and just filled it the rest of the way with water. I wont be returning here just to waste my money to have bad service and even worse food served.

These workers dgaf. I won’t ever be back to this location. I ordered myself off the kiosk. Paid for extra cheese on a steak quesadilla add black beans and this is what I got. I won’t even complain to them because if they could do this period. To anyone. They don’t care to fix it anyway. No sauce no cheese,bean juice every where. What a fckn waste of over 7 dollars. This is gross and I’ll never come back and I just moved to Katy. What a shame. A nice area and can’t even do fast food right.

The katy mills location (that shares w/ a Long John Silver)is TERRIBLE. Today we waited over 20 mins in line just to order. We order, waited another 10 minutes and finally get to the window. My husband asked to please get his receipt when they took payment. They threw the bag in the plastic bin to hand to us and when we were waiting for the receipt we asked for, were told to pull up.upon re checking to see if the receipt was in the bag,we noticed items missing. So we pulled to the front to go in. The doors were locked so i knocked and a gentleman rudely told us to go wait in the drive through again.by this point the kids were crying n hungry and we didn’t wanna wait another 30 minuets on food We paid for but didn’t get and I didn’t wanna risk waiting again just for them to ask for a receipt they never gave us. The food we did get was sloppy,not wrapped correctly and was cold. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Service is really slow, be ready to wait a few min for your food in the drive through, staff is friendly but it just Seems like they are short in staff. Place needs attention as far as cleaning, I hope they get it together since they are in a great location close to I-10

Cool spot to get a bite to eat. At first, I couldn’t tell if it was even open, due to the very dim lighting inside. Any passerby would’ve assumed the store was closed. But the crew was cool. Good food. I’d come back.

Ordered twice after moving…Thinking simpler may be easier and both times I received the wrong order. I called to ask what happened and was told they didn’t have certain items. Not a problem, however I asked why they didn’t call their customers to see what they wanted instead. I was told he just put something similar in the bag. What if allergies are involved? This particular Taco Bell is completely sad. They clearly do no care about their customers and do the bare minimum. Don’t waste your time. You will be upset. Definitely calling corporate in the morning and I do not recommend. This area has great customer service at all the restaurants I’m not sure where the disconnect is with this staff. Order elsewhere!! Corporate needs to do something.

I have been going to this location for the last 10 years. The service has consistently dropped to the point that I have now decided to just go to new location on Morton. The employees act extremely put out to have to take your order. This is the only location that I can never seem to get the Cinnabon Iced Coffee. They either tell me their coffee machine is broken or that it is too late in the day and they are out of coffee. I have seen at other locations, they use a single serve coffee maker so they can make a fresh cup at any time, they just don’t want to. The part that drives me crazy is just the way they seem so irritated at having to do their job.
