Ordered a bbq chicken pizza. It’s flooded with Bbq sauce. I can’t even eat this. Did this location run out of cheese or something!? This is crazy! MAKE FOOD THE WAY YOU WOULD EAT IT OR THE WAY YOU WERE TRAINED! It’s not hard! I won’t ever eat here again and as I work at a retirement community nearby I will suggest to all staff and residents not to eat there as well. And I will not be sending it back so that it has the opportunity to be ‘dressed up’ by anyone upset at this review. Lesson learned! Never again!

We ordered a pizza for delivery recently and since I forgot to leave a tip online I gathered cash and ended up putting together a sizable tip for the driver. We sat around waiting for a long while waiting for the knock on the door. When it never came I looked it up in the app and discovered that it had been delivered. There is was sitting in front of the door for who knows how long getting cold. We called up and spoke to the manager and got a “I’m sorry, thank you for letting us know” and that was it. It was quite obvious they didn’t care at all. We will be ordering from our local Marco’s from now on. Peace out papa John’s.

The chocolate chips were good. Our kids love it. We ordered the thin crispy veggie pizza and they are the same quality as Domino. The pepperoni and sausages thin crust was too salty for me.

Horrible! Our order was delivered wrong so they gave us a free pizza to use later on. When we called to place the order to redeem it sounded like a call center answered…..took our address and transferred us to the actual store. The person who answered was completely unprofessional saying things like Im sorry my friend is touching me and can you hangon while laughing. He finally looks up our account and says hold on I have to talk to my manager. Comes back and says well he said if you tipped better your order would be right! So we hang up and a manager calls back to apologize/explain. Since they use doordash now tips have to be divided between drivers. Manager promises our order will be correct so we go ahead and place it. Order was still wrong and the driver asked for a tip! This location is a joke

I hate giving bad reviews; however, this was ridiculous. My pizza order was 2 hours late, we got called by another customer who had my order, the order went to the wrong house, then we had them redo the order but it was never actually put in the system, then called again, told it was 20-30 min only to call one hour later and find out it was never sent out. Horrible management, horrible service. I’ve been a value customer but never again.

The manager on duty was very pleasant when I walked in to pick up my order. The store was clean and employees was nice. The transaction went smooth and was good for the price. This store is always great and is why I get my pizza from here. I asked the cook to put my wings in 2 times and he did no questions asked and they was phenomenal. I go into this store atleast once a week to get food for my family (pizza is my kids favorite) and it is always so hot in there. They all look super hot but still work hard. Yall should get that ac fixed, I know for sure it has not worked in over a month. Excellent store and keep up the good work

$45 for two “large” pizzas the same size as a $5 Little Caesar’s pizza with almost as little flavor, but not nearly as hot. Maybe Papa Johns should have spent a little less time rebranding and little more time learning to make pizza.

I order a large Papa John pizza from the store on Keller Parkway. I was delivered a nasty, soggy pizza with skimpy ingredients. My 10 piece nuggets were crumbs, they deliver some fresh ones with a Pepsi. I gave the pizza guy the nasty large pizza back. You would have thought the owner Don Snyder would have at least call me and apologize. I wanted my money back, but I do live in the real world! I’m so disappointed in this store, manager and owner. I will never order from this store again. This was my third complaint. I’m done!!!!

Ordered 50$ of pizza, 1 hr 45 min latter it comes. Its cold and we had to microwave it so we could eat. I called the manager and he said its because they are so busy, so we have to eat 50$ of a cold dinner because they are busy???? Il order from a different chain from now on. Good bye.
