I did a call in order. The food was fresh and hot. My only complaint is how the lobby looked!!! Cleanliness is VERY important for this type of establishment. The food was great, but it makes it hard to come in and place and order looking like that.

Food nasty just like the restaurant you would think since it’s in Eastpointe the restaurant would be better. The restaurant always dirty and the food never fresh trust me the bowl they put your food in for sauce they been using it’s they open corn bee pre cooked and always hard chicken is recooked

We placed an online order at the Eastpointe location the order stated that it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes however it took about 45 minutes. We never complained about the order taking so long because they said our food would be fresh. when we got home we the 5 piece tender meal we ordered had 3 tenders. I called and let them know that I was missing 2 tenders from my order and that I would bring the food back and I would like it to be remade with the correct number of strips. I asked if the order be started before I came so I wouldn’t wait. At this point the phone disconnected I drove up to the store and told them I called first and someone hung up on me. I was told the power went out but they had power when I arrived. I said OK well I am coming to have my order remade, here’s the order I have received it hasn’t been touched. The young lady said she would have it remade and I took a seat a few mins later the manager Sean refused to remake my order. He stated that they do not remake orders even if the error was on their end. He stated he would give me a store credit for two chicken tenders or he would cook me two tenders. I asked how is that fair for me to eat a meal that is not hot and he offered to refry the tenders that I brought back even though they were already coated in Parmesan. He also told me I never should’ve wasted my gas coming back up there that they should have told me that they do not remake food and I could’ve got a credit to my card. I just wanted my meal remade not even the entire order he finally agreed to remake my order. I came home and discovered that he did re-cook the food that I brought back and gave me 2 fresh tenders. The tenders he cooked a second time were hard and a different color. This is unsanitary and unacceptable.

Tried to place an order at 9:30 pm and they close at 12am.. first putting me on Hold for 10 mins then saying it’ll be a 45 minute wait for my food.. so I say that’s OK I understand, then she says “actually we probably finna close round then”.. so I ask I thought you guys were open till 12? She says we do but we’ll probably be closed by the time we get to your order!! I work at a restaurant myself and just got off of work trying to get wings for my kids! This person needs to be fired! And if you hate your job that much and hate to do what your paid for? Then QUIT!! HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT GO THERE!!

We ordered the Food online….My son picked it up….I ordered the bundle with 16 boneless wings and 6 tenders with the large fries….my son ordered the 8 piece boneless wing combo and we had a regular seasoned fry on the order…..Well we only got 1 order of fries and only got 3 tenders but in place of the missing 3 tenders I ordered in mild sauce they gave me boneless wings in mild sauce…a lot of mild sauce…..anytime you pay for anything you expect for it to all be there and I think and I am saying I think…..my son may have picked it up late but not that late after the order and the food should have been still a tad hot but those fries were definitely cold and the chicken was cold as well…..Very disappointing….what happened to made to order food????

The food was amazing, wings and fries but the attitude of the counter staff was horrrible. My father ordered a carry out for us yesterday around 1pm, and the young lady at the counter was very rude to him. He asked if she could put his fries in a closed container, rather than the exposed to-go fry basket. She handed him two boxes and pushed them to the side. When he asked if she was going to put the fries in the container, she told him that she was too busy. I was so shocked to hear this. Why would someone work in the service industry if they are not kind and courteous? He shouldn’t have to pack his to-go order.

Ordered two 8-piece meals. Couldn’t give us a second fry, and couldn’t give me 8 wings. I only got four, but my partner got her full 8? Seriously? Wish I could call because I’d love my $12 back since 2/3 parts of my order is missing. This is how my wings looked right when I opened them. Upset I even have to leave a review since it’s too late to call.
