I used to eat here all the time but this was my first time trying it since it changed owners and as far as I can tell, it’s as good as ever! I love that you can pick the different levels of spice. I got my go-to chicken pad thai and the portion was good and it was delicious.

Our family loves this place. Gluten free Pad Thai and so much more. Dine in, carry out, order online, it’s all good! I recently tried the pineapple fried rice for the first time and really enjoyed it. (See picture).

The food is good, but every time I order online, they always get it wrong. I ordered a dish that was supposed to come with white rice and they forgot it. The second time, they forgot it again. The third time, I had to put a special instruction on my order to make sure they included white rice. Then, the last time, they made the sauce too spicy even though I checked “mild.” Also, I paid extra for calamari, but they only added 6 pieces, which is worth $5.24. Overall, the food tastes good. I just hope they pay more attention to the orders. I miss the previous owner. The food was more authentic and delicious.

My parents and I dined in for my birthday tonight. The food was excellent. We got fish cakes, Shrimp Pad Thai, Beef Drunken Noodles, and soft shell crab with krapow sauce. Our server lady was extremely nice and even gave me birthday dessert. Great food, awesome service!

Thai Heaven has great food but they could give you a little more for 13.00’s a plate. They do not even include a spring roll with a combo meal. Food taste good but they could give a little more and include a least a can soda. I go to Columbia Mall and spend 12 or 11 dollars sometimes less at the Thai place there and get a drink included with my meal. I won’t be back. Plus they barely gave me any napkins. Do not ask for knife to cut your food. Either way good food but could have better service. Also ask for a receipt when you get your food because they won’t give it if you do not ask. Peace out Mr. won’t be back.

I went to the Thai Heaven around 8:30 to get some soup. As soon as I entered the door, the lady at the front pointed to the uber eats food that was by the door. I don’t work for uber eats, and why would someone assume that instead of greeting their customer first? Immediately, that raised some flags. I placed my order and waited for about 5-10 minutes to be done, but I heard a pretty loud sneeze when the lady went back to get my food. Another flag because I don’t know if that sneeze was by my food. Then she gave me the food with a weird giggle that threw me off. My soul did not feel right about that giggle so I decided to look at the Google reviews and saw “prejudice” and “racist” remarks. I immediately threw away my food without even opening it. This is an issue that the owner is well aware of and is likely funny to them. Don’t offer free food because I don’t want it. Maybe the lady at the front is your wife or family member, but I’m telling you now if you run into the wrong person your business will be shut down.

This place is VERY slow !!!!!!!! I waited for over 30 minutes picking up a GrubHub for someone else. The woman didn’t even acknowledge me until maybe after standing for 6 and it seemed like she was doing everything in her power to avoid assisting me. If there was some kind of better communication maybe I wouldn’t be irritated right now with the service. I sat in the car for maybe 10 minutes and came back in and it’s been 5 minutes and she still has not addressed me. People that were inside when I got here were out before me. I’m not understanding but it feels like she was very prejudice towards me. It’s sad because I tried the place out before since I had been so many times to pick up orders for other people I was excited to try. I’m never coming back after this.
