I had not been to KFC since a few months before Covid hit and will probably not go back any time soon. I used to love KFC but what is calling itself KFC now doesn’t hold a candle. Harlan Sanders must be rolling in his grave. The menu is nothing compared to what it was. So few choices. I got the chicken tenders, a biscuit, and a side of slaw. The tenders were just ok. The crust was not as good as it once was. Whoever changed that recipe made a mistake. Only got approximately 2 tablespoons of slaw which was a dissapointment especially considering the price. The biscuit was really hard. Could find no butter. There were no napkins in the dispenser and when I asked for napkins I got 2. As far a ambiance there was none unless you like dead silence. The whole time I was there only two other couples were there and you could hear a pin drop. It just gave me a weird creepy vibe. They also did away with the buffet. So the lack of menus items, the lack of the traditional buffet and the morgue like atmosphere was truly off putting for me. I want the real KFC back not this bad imposter.

They had a computer problem with phone in orders and they were talking orders and collecting the money payments but it took one hour to receive the food and we tried to get our money back so we could leave but they wouldn’t give us a refund so we had to wait for the food or leave and lose the price of the food and not get the food. I think they should have told me up front before taking my order and my money but they didn’t I found out from a ticked off customer what was going on

The worst food I have ever had when she told me they were out of fried chicken chicken tenders and white gravy I should have known better and this was at 4 pm. But did have chicken fried chicken was tasteless. Tiny cup of green beans and soggy fries! $36 are you kidding me! Garlic toast using a hot dog bun!

Had been in KS and stopped by KFC in Harrisonville and purchased an 8 pc chicken dinner with 2 sides and biscuits. It was $40. We purchased it for some good friends of mine who had just lost their precious Mom less than 24 hours from this post. They were all very grateful for their Dinner. Saved them from having to get out and get something.

I had not so great experiences in the past but the staff tonight was good and attentive to my requests. Maybe they refreshed their crew. Buffet was stocked and chicken was tasty. Wish they could find a way to keep the biscuits from drying out. Tables and floor were clean. Not a bad value for my family with all you can eat and drink. If you don’t see something on the buffet, just ask about it.

Two of us went inside to order takeout because there were 3 cars waiting to order in the drive-thru. One couple ahead of us. It took 5 minutes to get to order. One boy working drive thru AND front counter. The boy takes my friend’s order and leaves me standing there. The boy takes 3 car orders and pushes out all drive thru orders. It had to be another 10 minutes before the boy wanders back to the counter and asks me if I want to order something. I said I didn’t want to make my friend wait another 10 minutes with his food. The boys said nothing. He just turned his back and wandered back to the prep table. Worst customer service ever.

This is THE ONLY fast food place in town that I have never had an issue with the quality of the food or anything else. I wait in line for half an hour at McDonald’s for an incorrect/cold order regularly. I’ve completely stopped going to Burger King. They’re a joke and never get anything right and then talk down to you when you ask to get what you paid for. I always have to go back to Sonic to get something they forgot. KFC has always done me right in Harrisonville. Top tier fast food restaurant. Thank you for always being delicious.
