Fantastic restaurant, new management, Mr. Ramsey is dead on center. Jahara was great, couldn’t ask for a better service or better food. Highly recommend to anyone who wants some good chicken wings as hot as you can stand them. Try this restaurant sometime, you won’t regret it. Craft beers are a bonus!

My wife and I visited here for the first time this past Sunday. They were out of the appetizer that we wanted. The restaurant was nowhere near full capacity. The wings at best came out a little bit better than room temperature. Flavors were good though. God bless our server Charlie you did the best you could do

I recommend this place start doing more to verify orders. My wife and I had to wait an additional 25 minutes because staff gave my order to someone else. Management eventually had the kitchen staff remake our order.

I put in an online order. When I picked up my order and got back to the car, I found that had forgotten my to-go tea. After going back in and back to the car, also opened my bag and found they had forgotten one of my entrées. When I went back in, they said that they were out of my ordered food. So, they let me walk out, twice, without telling me that I was missing something because they couldn’t make it. So, I say down and waited for my new entree, to then start looking at the rest of my order, and they forgot the salad dressing for my original order, and then when the new salad came, that one didn’t have dressing either. The restaurant wasn’t really busy overall, but the staff didn’t seem to have any urgency for anyone. Their real saving grace was the food was well done, produce was fresh and the chicken was tender and had good flavor.

Haven’t been here in a while,but was glad we returned. Recognized the manager from past visits. He has new staff that take care of their customers. Food was hot and tasty. Will come back.

It took almost an hour from when we were seated until we got our food. There were 3 other tables when we arrived and one already had their food. How does it take that long? The temperature inside the restaurant was extremely hot and the tea was terrible. Our waitress could have done better, but she was fine for being short staffed. I’m glad we didn’t have the other waitress because we could see her in the back on her phone the entire time we were there.

Stopped in while we were in the area and we placed a to go order. While at the bar where you place to orders, the bartender basically ignored us. Two other staff members came from the back to greet us and take our order. He actually was very nice and his name was Jayden. We waited for our food but it was missing some items and they did fix everything very fast. The food was pretty good.

Food is good but they need to dry the lettuce because there was a pool of water and dressing at the bottom of my salad. Also the waitress was super nice but I asked for the Buffalo chicken lettuce wraps but she gave me the Buffalo chicken wrap instead and claimed that’s what it was. Oh well, it was still yummy.

So I am going to start by stating I don’t ever feel so obligated to make a review of a place because I know it’s possible for an isolated couple incidents and it’s not fair to judge a place based on that, but this is definitely not the case. This business was failing so badly for a few months with no customers and staff that either wouldn’t show up or were beyond rude that they had to close their doors for MONTHS to get new owners, management; and staffing. So I thought maybe I will give them a second chance. First time going back after reopening I get food poisoning from the wings. 2nd time the order was almost completely wrong and the mac and cheese was ice cold like it came out of a freezer 5 minutes prior. So that brings me to my 3rd and what will certainly be my final attempt at giving this place a fair chance to right their past disappointments. Ordered 14 wings and only 2 flavors, well not only was it the wrong flavor but it was only one flavor and the wings were dryer than the Sahara desert and overcooked but yet still COLD. And the fries were supposed to be the beer battered fries, and they may have been soggy enough to be “beer battered” but definitely not in a pleasant or even edible fashion and make even the worst McDonald’s fries seem like a Michelin star rated restaurant. Not to mention even the manager on duty couldn’t come and assist or even ASK if me, or the 5+ other people waiting for to-go food needed anything or if we had been helped yet (which we hadn’t been and waited for over 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge anyone waiting despite making eye contact and obviously knowing the line was building). I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy and quite frankly they need to be boarded up and shut down.

We stopped in yesterday at 2:30. I think they have been reopened for a few weeks now. Redecorated the entire place. The metal chairs are not comfortable when you lean back. The wings were great! Staff is friendly. They are still hiring new staff.
