I ordered food from here last week while I was in the area shopping. It was terrible. I ordered General Tso chicken, with steamed broccoli and egg rolls. The chicken was way past well done, the sauce on the outside was even burnt and salty tasting. The veggies did not appear or taste fresh and the egg rolls are a wierd red color inside and tasted sour. I just threw it all away.

If I could give a negative 10 stars I would. This place should be shut down! It is literally falling apart, buckets catching water, floor ripping up under your feet, and it’s disgusting. – the communication, or better yet lack of- is horrible. The establishment is deplorable. I ordered 4 meals, called an hour in advance. I get there they gave me the wrong food which I left with, then I returned it, then they reassured me this was correct- I guess it’s my fault but I didn’t open up the bags which were stapled together because she restated my order and reassured me it was correct. Got home, over a 30 minute drive, and it was missing a meal, the other food was over cooked and burnt. I called to ask about the missing meal and she hung up on me. I called back and she repeatedly hung up on me. I was trying to ask how to get a refund and all she said was ok I forgot and hung up, the next call, she told me to come back and get it- when I told her I lived too far, she again hung up on me. Finally I was able to get a voicemail and left them a message that I would be back next week to be reimbursed. I can’t wait to see how that interaction goes. I will NEVER support this place again. So disappointing.

Poorest quality of Chinese food I’ve ever eaten. Order was wrong. Price is ridiculously high. Sweet and sour chicken was so thick with breading its like having donut wrapped chicken.

I almost NEVER give a one start review but this place deserves it. The place was clean but that is the best thing I can say about it. They do not take cards so you have to have cash. It took a while to fix the food and it was barely edible. We had a General Tso’s Chicken combo and a Hunan Chicken combo. The egg roles tasted old and dry, imnot sure how old the rice was and the chicken in the Hunan chicken had to be left over from some other dish – it was extremely greasy and was breaded. We had debated eating this or Taco Bell and TBH, the Taco Bell would have been gourmet in comparison.

You gotta wait forever for them to take your order if they even pick up the phone. Then they don’t start making it until you get there which makes waiting even longer. Then they want you to pay in cash! But they don’t tell you anything over the phone when you make an order, and there are no signs inside that tell you that you have to pay in cash either. Plus the women at the front desk who takes the orders was rude to me for no reason as I pulled out my debit card to pay yelling at me saying NO CREDIT CARD!!! NO CREDIT CARD!!! So I said back to her that this is not a credit card it’s a debit card ma’am, and she continues to keep yelling that at me. I then proceed to tell her to have a nice day, and I went someplace else that would expect my money. I have to say this has got to be one of the worst restaurants in town. And thank god the buffet reopened down the road I rather spend my money on stuff that’s really good instead of wasting it on this trash.

Never had an issue, foods is great, always ready when they say it will be. The worst part about this place is the customers. It’s impressive that two people can manage to cover so many orders and still look past all the ungrateful complainers.

Food is always excellent but had to wait the last time in line to get it normally you can phone in an order and it’ll be ready in 15 minutes but they were so busy they weren’t taking phone orders

Had to come in because when I called I was hung up on and then no answer. Found out why: Only two unhappy looking people (a couple?) working the kitchen, phones, and cash register. Waited an hour for some nasty food. They ignored my husband when he was trying to get updates on the food situation.

VERY RUDE! I actually called them to see if a lost package had been accidently delivered to their business rather than the UPS store next door. The lady hung up on me in mid conversation and when i called back she picked up the phone and hung up again. Further calls after that they just didnt answer. I just had simple question and they couldn’t give me the 2 seconds of time.
