I am gluten free, and their gluten free crust is delicious! I am intolerant, not celiac, so I am not sure about safety as far as severe allergies go. I had ordered pizza online, with the pickup set at 10:45, which is the last slot before they close. I went in to pick up the pizza and they did not have the order. I thought maybe I had selected the wrong location, but when I checked my phone to show the confirmation, I realized I had not actually placed the order. The man working that night was incredibly kind about it, and rang up my order anyway, even though I told him it was not necessary if they were already closing things down for the night. He made the pizzas and even brought it out to my car for me. I really appreciate the excellent customer service! I would name him, but I’m terrible with names and honestly can’t remember it.

I don’t know who is halfway through a two week notice or if they just don’t have a care in the world but this time papa John’s was a bad decision. My whole family is sick and we just wanted some pizza. Paid $56 for 3 medium pizzas and 2 orders of buffalo wings. Would have been more satisfying getting the $1 pizzas from the Walmart frozen section. More sauce on the box of the wings than the wings themselves, pizza had no sauce or cheese on 1/2 of the pizzas, could have been cut better with a butter knife. Big waste of money.

The general manager was rude and nasty when they were ask not to burn the pizza when you spen $30 on one medium pizza and one gluten-free They were ask to only run the gluten-free half way through so it would not burn. We were threatened and told to leave because it was not their policy to remake pizzas. We offered to pay for another pizza and were thrown out of the store. They told us they could not run the pizza half way so that it does not burn. They said they could over cook it like they did but not under cook it so it’s not burnt. One of the pizzas were burn to a crisp it was black when we got it. I would not recommend this place to any one who wants good pizza. Please find any other pizza place.

Food is awesome, had the special which was going on 1 large specialty pizza, and another large two topping pizza which was pineapple and mushroom and they were the bomb, Papa John’s is great pizza and people especially when you are having a good day

Never received my food, management told me i did receive it and that I was lying. Before I could talk about solutions, they hung up on me. I will never order from here again, we ended up going somewhere else for pizza. Terrible customer service from management, DO NOT EAT HERE. A week later, I saw a friend post about glass being in their pizza from this same location. They banned her from the store. This location should be shut down.

If I could leave less than a 1 star review I would. The staff is extremely rude including the general manager. There is always something wrong with the food. Glass in the food, a zip tie, or just completely burnt. By far the worst papa Johns I’ve ever been to.
