We came in to an empty restaurant and crew was sitting in back on the counter so I had to get there attention. We ordered and got it pretty quick but I was missing items on my burger. I got the king bacon and no bacon, they just handed me three slices and it was cold. Didn’t even offer a new fresh burger. Tables were dirty, like they had plenty of time to keep the lobby clean. Just dissapountrd in my visit over all.

The food I ordered was cold and nasty the chicken nuggets was so dry that u could use them as a paper weight. The person that took my order was pleasant and nice along with the manager the inside was actually clean this time and there was no waiting on the food since it was cold and dried out

Unfriendly, unprofessional staff. Waited 5 minutes at the front register with no other people in sight but a drive thru person and a person in back in sweats. After the drive thru person ambled out to get a soft drink then returned to the drive thru window he decided to amble over to the front to take our order. He was gruff, non-smiling and looked put out that we were there. I wanted to leave but my sister had started ordering. The restaurant looked generally unclean but did not have open trash. The only thing positive about this visit was the French fries. While we were eating, what I assumed to be employees came in to work. It was hard to say as they, too, were in sweats. Generally a good place to AVOID!

Worst experience I’ve ever had with fast food. Employees seems unprofessional and like they didn’t have a clue what was going on even though it was slow. The only thing that wasn’t messed up was the large fry. Ordered an original chicken sandwich with lettuce and mayo, got one with no lettuce and cheese on it… got a whopper with no lettuce or tomato. Their shake machines were broken which isn’t that big of a deal. They were out of the onion rings I ordered. The guy taking my order said he was just waiting on my onion rings, goes into the back for a couple minutes then comes back and asks if I need anything. I told him my onion rings and he’s just casually is like “oh yeah! I forgot she said we were out” didn’t seem like he was going to do anything about it then asked if I wanted a fry which is fine but just be more professional next time. If you are out of a certain condiment, tell the customer and don’t just slap whatever on. Probably won’t be going back to that location.

I cant rate the food or atmosphere because I did not even get service. Arrived at the drive through at 6:05 (the lights were all on). At 6:12 heard a voice state we are closed. They open at 6 and if for any reason they decide to not open turn the light off so people dont wasye their time. And if someone is at the order speaker why not tell them as soon as they pull up? So, poor service.

Assistant manager Roland has the best sprit. He has great work performance and treats customers amazingly. He has such a great spirit and makes you excited to come back to eat here. My wife doesn’t normally like Burger King but Roland made us feel like we were old friends! She wants to come back. Great job and they made a good decision in hiring him. I dont know how much he gets paid, but he is not paid enough.Thanks.

This place is horrible, it took 20 minutes in the lobby for our food because they kept giving our food to the drive through, their ketchup is like water and the old lady taking orders is rude and needs to retire. The cook is throwing boxes snacking his hands loudly and just not on task!
