Sold cold stale fries plus I ordered 2 apple pies both were old and probably been under a heat lamp for a few hours. The time stamp was marked 5:00 I ordered around 8pm. Didn’t know until I arrived home with my food. Horrible experience!!!!

This is really unfortunate because I used to LOVE going to this McDonald’s every day before work… Angel knew us by name and we knew her too. She always greeted us with a smile and good vibes, however it seems like all of the staff has now changed along with the management and it’s just so bad. The lines take 15-20 minutes to go through no matter how many people are in front of you.

This is the worst experience I’ve had at a McDonald’s! Picked up food for our family of 5 on my way home around 8pm, no special orders just several mcdoubles, some regular some plain. 3 mcchickens all regular, a big Mac, and fries for everyone. None of our order was correct along with several items missing and the big Mac was made with nothing but patties bread and Mac sauce, also all of the fries tasted like they had been sitting for hours and maybe just dropped back down in the fryer to warm them in order to still serve them considering they were completely saturated in grease to the point they were inedible. It appeared there were only 2 people working, at least that’s all that was visible the entire time I waited for our order which was about 15 minutes. Won’t be back to this location again.

Management observed without intervention, a poor display for my young daughter in the back seat. I know McDonald’s is not known for being clean but this one was disgusting. See pictures. Staff just standing around and no one wiping down tables or sweeping up. There wasn’t one single clean table in the place and there was only one other customer other than myself in the place. Oh and no cars in the drive through when I came in so not exactly too busy to clean up. I was there at 2:30 in the afternoon.

Due to my deafness, I drove up to the window to place an order and told the man. He threw a fit and told a lady dressed like a manager. She was not happy about it and told me that I have to come inside to order. It hurt my feelings that I am treated like this. Also you have a sign saying to pull up to the first window for service.

Slow drive thur, very slow waited for 5 minutes at speaker to place order, and unable to do frozen coke, it’s advertised on the menu and it seems never to be available. But lady at window was very nice and did tell me sorry for the wait.

They could pull up my order that I put in through the app but they couldn’t accept payment through the app. Stated their WiFi was down but they pulled up the order just fine. It was a custom sandwich so clearly it still worked. They forget bbq sauce a lot too. It’s a hard job though. Wish they had working systems to make it slightly better.
