My experience with ordering through the Moe’s app on April 15th, 2023 was incredibly disappointing. Despite having ordered 2 bowls and 2 Homewrecker bowls, our excitement quickly turned to disappointment upon receiving the order and discovering that the portions were only half the size we had anticipated. The food quality was also a major letdown, as there was a noticeable lack of salt in the dish, and the guacamole was unbearably sour. As if these issues weren’t enough, we were further disappointed to find that some of the items we had ordered were missing in bowl, leaving us feeling frustrated and thoroughly dissatisfied with the entire experience.

I had a good experience here today after being turned away by the Chipotle across the road due to them being “short staffed” they were only taking online orders. I entered Moe’s and there were only two guys working the counter and they served me well with smiles on their faces, no excuses for being short staffed here. my bowl was tasted great and was fixed well. If Moe’s keeps this level of service up then I will eat here more often.

I ordered the Homewrecker bowl with a few extras and it was great tasting and very satisfying. I did pay 18 bux after the double meats and other extras but thats how I like it.

We had a bad experience with a visit to Chipotle a few days after opening and my kids were set on queso so we decided to get Moe’s another chance since we heard it was under new ownership. What a terrible experience we had, far worse than the ones in the past. We ordered kids meals and never once did they tell us (until we went to pay) that they were out of cookies for the kids yet charged us full price. We ordered a big bowl of queso and were only given a few chips in the bag with our burritos. Then we were given our food with no tray to carry (for 5 people) and served on styrofoam plates. After purchasing drinks, we learned the drink machine was out of 98% of the drinks! The entire restaurant was filthy. I’ve never seen it so dirty. Tables and floors were covered in food and trash. It was the worst experience we have had and as locals, we will NOT be back at the this location. The owners need to be notified as well as the health department.

Moe’s is one of my kids and I favorite restaurants but this location is horrible. My son wouldn’t even eat the same burrito he always gets stating “it tastes funny” the rice was not even cooked hard crunch every time I took a bite of my burrito. All of the ingredients had probably been there since lunch and it is 5. Rotten vegetables even the salsas taste old. The drink machine is filthy I never leave reviews but Ive never been to a worse not just moes but worst restaurant I have ever been to.

We’ve been to lots of Moe’s locations and this was by far the worst experience we’ve had. Overflowing trash right by the front door. Employees who seemed to be hiding in the kitchen until they felt we’d waited in line long enough to be irritated but not quite long enough to leave for somewhere else. Out of rice. Out of fresh onions. Out of most protein options that I saw. Black beans “weren’t ready yet” despite looking like they were spilling out of a vat on the floor. No wonder this was the smallest Moe’s burrito I’ve had in memory. Cold chips scooped out of another container on the floor after having completely forgotten to give us chips in the first place. Cashier who had to be reminded that we should pay for our food. Broke the credit card processing system while trying to pay. What a train wreck. Saw at least 2 other groups walk out bc the food options looked so unappetizing. Only positive is the cashier couldn’t figure out how to make our $20 in rewards only be $10 for this visit so at least it was cheap. And our kids ate free bc it was Sunday.
