Ordered in app delivery. Received half my order.drove to the store to be told manager was on deliveries. Had to wait for their return. Manager returned and another person still had to assist with codes who was already there…. To be told a get a delivery fee back but tip a gave for delivery is not refunded…. Why would I tip for a not right order. Said that’s all I can do per Pizza Hut….. guess I’ll never be back.

I placed an order for delivery on a Friday night, so maybe this was my own fault, however the website said the food would be delivered in 25-35 minutes so that’s what I expected. Forty minutes go by: no pizza, no worries, it’s a Friday night they’re probably swamped I get that. Another half an hour passes and no pizza, honestly I am annoyed, but not angry. My delivery tracker says the pizza is on the way and has been for the past 40-50 minutes. All I wanted to do was call the restaurant to ask if their system is incorrect and if my food is on the way, I don’t want it to be cold when it arrives. I call them up, wait on hold for a couple of minutes, person answers and I start to explain I’ve been waiting for pizza for about an hour and ten minutes, I’ll admit I sounded a bit annoyed. As I’m trying to say I understand it’s packed, but is my food gonna be cold? I’m placed on hold, and I keep holding until my pizza arrives about 10 minutes later. I am unbelievably upset that I was lied to about delivery time and then when I (understandably upset as anyone would be) I am immediately ignored until I hang up. The only saving grace was the fact that my food was still warm when it arrived.

Usually a decent pie, but this recent new Yorker I ordered was the worst ever. Dry and old, pieces were separated and curling it was so old. Barely any pepperoni on it. DEFINITELY wasted my money, which is disappointing, I usually love the place.

February 19 2023 about 5:30 p.m. I ordered a pizza online for my son to go pick up he gets there the girl working the counter hands him the pizzas and his receipt our total $27.23 I didn’t think much of it until my wife checked our bank there was a hold for $27.23 and one for $30.23 then we notice we have the order receipt ,customer receipt and the merchant receipt. So my wife calls the store in the morning and the manager says she cannot find the merchant receipt for that order and then she asked me to text her a screenshot of them she also looks in the computer says that our total was 30.23 because we gave a $3 tip NO!! That’s the thing I did not authorize a tip nor did I sign the merchant receipt this young lady took upon herself to add a tip I was supposed to get a call back from the higher-ups but yet to receive it so what this girl did was reprint the merchant receipt with our order and then added the tip I hope the store takes action and fires her we are looking into what charges we can move forward with petty theft is one thing but forgery is another. I said all that to say this. If you have ordered from this Pizza Hut in the last week check your bank and receipt because the have a issue with theft.

My first and last time ever ordering from Pizza Hut. The only thing good about this is that the pizza came within 30 minutes however it was cold. But the worst thing about it is there was a hair baked into the crust of the pizza and when I called I was transferred between two different stores and told from both people from said stores that there’s nobody there with blonde hair and there was nothing they could do to help me that it must have came from the manufacturer that way. Not even an apology just a game of pointing the finger. Absolutely filthy disgusting no customer service, no apology not even human decency.

Order was wrong, staff was exceptionally rude when I called about the wrong items, offered no acceptable resolution (store credit for an order that was 100% wrong is not acceptable), and set the phone down and let it sit for 15 minutes after I asked for a manager. I could hear them discussing me in the background and, unsurprisingly, that conversation was unprofessional as well. Attempted to call back and they didn’t answer. Wife called and they picked up immediately, but hung up again when I again asked for a manager. TLDR; delivered a wrong order, got attitude and refused any help when errors were reported.

Ordered the big New Yorker pizza, big disappointment, looked nothing like the one they advertise on TV overcooked, hardly any cheese, very little pepperoni, ask for extra sauce, none!! Go elsewhere as fast as you can, Marco’s and pappa johns put them to shame!!!!!
