We ordered pizza tonight and my daughter and her friends just happened to be having a lemonade stand. My daughter came in to tell me, “the pizza delivery guy was SO kind! He delivered the pizza and then put $5 in our cup and didn’t even get some lemonade!!!!”. Thank you to the delivery guy that gave so generously to these kids!!! I received an error message when submitting my online order. Showed up and received an immediate apology and explanation that their internet had gone down. Employee took my order, told me they could have it ready in 12 min, was extremely competent, quick and understood my specialty order on the first try. He had to run my card on a back computer, made sure to ask if I was comfortable with that an confirmed I could see him from where he was going. I wasn’t worried, but it was incredibly professional. The manager was also giving instruction and communicating very well… point is, given the circumstances they’re dealing with, they’re running an impressive competent operation tonight!

Being Honest
I ordered pizzas. I went to get them and the girl working said I had no orders. The boy said that I must have ordered them from blaine where I don’t even live which makes no sense. They basically said I screwed up. I picked up my phone and redialed the phone number I called. Their phone started ringing and an older guy started laughing And said it sounds like I hear a phone ringing in this place right now again. The younger girl became pretty rude and I just left. Ridiculous.. this is the new American I guess. They mess up and blame the non blaming customer..

Love Jet’s pizza. Definitely not rhe cheapest, so we get it less often. All of the complaints about delivery are for 3rd party drivers. Not Jet’s employees. I’ve not had issues, but the low ratings due to delivery issues are unfair.

We ordered for the first time and it said our estimated delivery time was 6:08pm at 6:28 we called to see if the pizza was still coming and the manager seemed shocked we hadn’t gotten it and said he would call the driver, driver finally called us and told us his Jeep wouldn’t start then the pizza arrived at 6:40pm the driver said his vehicle broke down. I mean if you’re a person delivering food and your vehicle breaks down umm don’t you at least call your manager to let them know and customer? Our pizza was cold and gross. Common sense if you’re working and delivering food and your car breaks down would be to call your work to let them know you need help and also then the store could have let us know so we could have had an option to cancel or pick it up. The driver had a phone and our number. Then when we called the store to ask their policy on this the manager said he would refund us but in the background an employee could be heard saying it’s not like it was 2 hours late. We would have been more sympathetic if these employees were trained on customer service better. Definitely will not be ordering pizza from this place again.

Staff is always great. Pizza and wings are always good if you’re in the mood for their style of pizza. We have only ever gotten the Detroit style crust and it’s a nice change from other pizza options.

I consider myself a fair person it was for wife’s birthday it was rated the best with one other, three different pizzas all horrible cheap thrown together garbage made to make a dollar I fell for there sales pitch on the web sight about everything was the best possible ingredients! Looked like one employee working the store if true says a lot!

Good pizza, I loved the deep dish. We ordered online and was totally customizable. I got a medium pizza Detroit deep dish with chicken, green olives and onion. The pizza was so filling it took only two slices to fill me up and the pizza is huge and one of the tastiest pizzas I have had to date. My fiancee got an XL and it was huge. Pizza was on the more expensive side but the ingredients were high quality and it is definitely really good. I will be coming back for more small pizzas cause that’s all I need.
