I ordered nuggets and a small chili from this location and let me tell you, I had to throw it away. The nuggets have white web on them and the chili is literally soup! Ruined my entire lunch. Close this location down.

I frequent here often because it’s budget friendly. I have seen people miss the ferry because the service depending on staff is very slow. The manager does his best but he is not in sync with the other employees. Not all employees are courteous and have satisfactory service. For some reason when you order meals that require or customary condiments like ketchup they make a big deal like you are not suppose to ask. Then if you ask for more than what they gave they act like the ketchup fee is being extracted from there pay check. The one star I have chosen for this establishment was well earned and deserve. I hope Wendy’s HR improves the quality of the service or put a sign up that says may encounter som disgruntled employees who are stingy with ketchup like there life depends on it smh.

This is in the Staten Island ferry building and very convenient. Pretty fast service and good was delivered correctly and was tasty. Wendy’s whenever I have the occasion to take a break is my ultimate fast food joint. This one has no seating per se, but plenty of benches in the building while you wait for the ferry. Or wait to eat on the ferry as you glide along the water to the island. There ride is free. Enjoy!

Uncooked/RAW Chicken is the most dangerous to eat. & that’s exactly what I received at the ferry Wendy’s. Very hazardous, horrifying & violates all food safety regulations & protocols. Can’t believe they served something like this.

Food is Always on point and staff is normally polite and quick with the orders but at times you can tell which people work hard because of how fast service is and good food is cooked which is a shame cuz I usually don’t have any issues which is why I’m giving such a great review. I honestly don’t eat here as often as I use to but even then around rush hour or earlier this was a go to spot for food while traveling. Anyway it beats the super expensive places in the terminal for 5/6 bucks you can get a quick meal and drink so at times this can be very helpful. Anyway I hope this review has been helpful and next time I go the service will be just as good as lst time.

I want to express how sorry it is for the employees working here. The manager was throwing stuff at them and making the poor ppl crazy. Yes i get you have to work at a fast pace but its about management and how you run the place. I dont know the name of the manager but shame on you. I would have jumped the counter and helped out since i use to work in food management. You should be fired and i hope you do. This was from the evening of 5/6 btw.

I made a simple order of large chili and large coke. Funny thing is I preordered lunch for 11:55AM. I arrive at 12:05PM to find it wasn’t present on their system. I showed mobile receipt and the staff refused to make it. She made the excuse that someone stole it. Somehow I’m led to believe that someone took in within 10 minutes. She then intentionally stalled for time hoping it would show up. The problem was I was on break and in a different Wendy’s I waited an hour from a similar conflict, however, they served my order. I had to call customer service to get a refund and even informing her of that fact fell on death ears. She didn’t once considered that the customer was hungry and ignored my suggestions.
