the food is good and everyone was wearing gloves, we could see that the girl was cleaning everything the second it would get dirty and when they told us they were out of some things they went out of their way to make sure we could still get what we wanted. they were out of cups for ranch but offered to put some in the togo containers so we could still have some. the girl was vaping in the store but not onto the food or near it. the store is ran by only two people, it’s hard to work rush hour downtown with only two employees, so knowing that they did good handling lines and still kept up cleanliness and wore gloves and we could see them change gloves every time they went to touch something new. considering their circumstances they are doing a great job

The wings are excellent. Rest of experience a little lacking. But the wings are great! When I went, they had no napkins, ketchup packets instead of a pump, and the bathroom was out of order. Thought it would be a joke. But the wings (specifically with honey BBQ sauce) were 10/10 fantastic. Fries were great too! So come here for excellent, delicious food but not much else.

Didn’t even eat here nor will I ever eat here now because I was picking up a door dash for someone else and literally watched the person in the back blow and wipe her nose then proceeded to not wash them… not to mention they vape around the food. I usually never make reviews for places but I just figured I’d let people know the unsanitary things that they do here.

We waited over an hour for a simple order. The communication skills are nonexistent among the staff. The are polite enough, but nobody had a clue what was going on. They said they had been out of water for 4 days and didn’t even have cups. They couldn’t do milkshakes because “I’m not the ice cream guy”. The prices don’t match the website. They called some numbers, but other orders were just set on the counter. They couldn’t answer people asking, “Have you already called #60?” The lines to order and pick up got mixed together because they randomly started handing people there food at the register instead of the pickup counter. They were several confusing behaviors like that and all of the customers seemed confused and frustrated. When we finally got our food the wings were overcooked and starting to get cool already. This place could be good, but they’ve got to figure out their workflow.

I called to get a recommendation since it said they have the best wings in the area. The person who answered the phone said that he knows what taste good but do not have time to chit chat on the phone to advise their popular flavor for me to order then preceded to hang up the phone in my face. I attempted to call back and no one answered. I would never eat at a place that has poor customer service that can’t take the time to provide a simple suggestion.

I ordered winging out delivery for the first time late last night on a whim to treat myself since I had a rough week. When it arrived, my partner unpacked it and we discovered that the staff had gifted us extra food since they were closing. I went from tired and frustrated to elated when we discovered they had thrown in a cookies and cream shake along side two extra sides and a can of coke, none of which we ordered. Not only were the wings amazing, but the staff made my week. They could have taken that food home to their families or thrown it out, but they opted to gift it to a stranger. Thank you very much, Winging Out staff, you made my week and now have a devoted customer ❤️

Used to be one of my favorite spots in town but slowly the quality of both the food and the customer service went down over the last year. Delivery times are almost always double what they say, the consistency of the chicken has been bad with often being over cooked or cold. If you order for pickup they usually don’t start making the order until you get there and they often get things wrong. The worst part is the customer service though, they almost couldn’t care less that you’re there and they’ll actually get mad at you when you bring attention to something that they got wrong.

I like this place, they have good wings, but I just tried placing on order by calling in, during business hours (7:40PM), and the phone rang for 20 minutes. No one picked up. Not good business practice.
