Wow- twice in a row here in Baton Rouge I got garbage. Was directed to park and waited 28 min for my food- which was all wrong… I am literally waiting for the third attempt to get a simple order… still forgot the fries- sadly this seems to be a trend!

The worst pick up order services ever, first I paid for my meal at one window, then I went to the next window, I was asked what my order was? I said a big Mac meal, next I was asked if she could see my recipient, I told her I wasn’t given a recipient, but I did pay in cash with a 20 dollar bill, and all the cashier gave me back is my change, $11 dollars and some cents, which was still in my hand,I can’t remember the amount of change she gave me. Any way she tells me to pull over and park, at this point I want to know why! I asked if she think I just pulled up without paying? She said with a very nasty attuned, “I didn’t say that, and then she started repeating the same thing over and over, just pull over and park , another associate walked up and said this is her order. What is wrong with the young people in the world today, where did the break down on respect for the elderly ones go away .

Pick up service sucks. I order mobile because they will ask you to pull to the second window or pull into a parking spot to wait no matter the time of day . I waited 30mintes for a pick up order. Put the parking sport # in and still had to go inside and wait yet another 5-10 for the order to be made got’s to know the order was still wrong. I really want better for them.

Absolute worst service ever! How is it that you cannot prepare an iced coffee when it’s ordered via mobile app with ”detailed INSTRUCTIONS” yet what angered me more than ever while in drive thru after I sent the drink back was the comment from one of the workers behind a wall ”this ain’t Starbucks” I dashed inside! Excuse me I’m aware this is MCDONALD’S sweetheart- you knew that you were employed at a fast food chain that is required for you to read & take orders, reading is fundamental yet give me a REFUND.

Good customer service means consistently meeting customers’ expectations. I tried to order a McDouble, add lettuce and mac sauce. I was denied and told that they aren’t stupid, if I want to order a big mac then do that. They refused to comply with my simple request and told me they have the right to refuse service to anyone. Well, guess what, I have the right to leave this bad review. Anyone can act ugly, but is it necessary, no. I believe the staff needs better training on providing good service, and not just collecting a paycheck. I personally do not believe the customer is always right, but I do believe that both the staff and their customers should be respected. I felt disrespected and unappreciated for my business. If you don’t like interacting with the public and providing a service then you shouldn’t be a cashier or order taker. And if the management is behind this they should be ashamed. If they were not aware, I would advise them to wear a headset to see how their employees are talking to their customers. It makes sense that the mascot is a clown if this is how customers are treated. Ba da ba ba bah i’m hatin it.
