My food was delicious and cooked to perfection for wings and build your own papadia. The price was economic due to the Papa pairings pricing. The store was clean and organized. The csr was polite and considerate. Everything went off without a hitch.

I Love Papa John’s Pizza, I have no problem with my orders what I have been placing online. My biggest problem was a few weeks ago after the Super Bowl ended. I went within the store to please my order. there was a young lady at the cash register was on the phone who claim she was the manager not sure if it was talking business or personal that was not my concern. I was waiting for almost 15 to 20 minutes to place my order with the young lady which she didn’t even show any Customer Service to say I’ll be with you within a few. if she did show the appreciation of me being standing right in front of her I would’ve understood. Within the workstation area there were two white young male having a conversation with each other. They both didn’t even try to help to take my order as well. Due to this poor customer service and the way they make me feel as if I wasn’t a customer within the store. I have to leave the store without getting to place my order and I have Limited time to return to work this was my worst experience with Papa John pizza employees.

They’re open until 12am. We ordered a pizza at 11:00 pm and they cancelled it after midnight. No explanation. Just never got it. We also got charged for the order that never got delivered.

Here’s the thing if you’re going to charge higher prices then the pizza should match that pricing, the Large pizza is actually the size of a medium pizza and your New York style pizza looks NOTHING like v what is c advertised… basically the size of a normal Large pizza with very little pepperoni… you also charge a 4.99 delivery fee that is not part of the tip… last time ordering Pappa John’s, if I’m paying this much I’ll order from Brooklyn Pizzeria

Four star for Good service. OK pizza. Two star for pizza and prices. Complex price structure. Ordering medium cheese pizza using that 25% off will cost you more than large one topping offer pizza. People there are nice. Will go again if I decide to get PJ pizza.

I would give more stars if possible. I had the best service of my life with Chaylin. Not only did he get us the best papa John’s pizza we’ve ever had, but when our car burst into flames he ran out and saved my Mr whiskers (cat). My wife was in tears and I couldn’t believe my eyes. Not only does this papa John’s employ the best servers out there. But also the bravest. Much love, and many kitten kisses.

Not worth the price paid. I understand the big game was on tonight and I’m sure there was a rush on pizza’s to be delivered, but this was a horrible pizza. Hardly any cheese or meat and an overabundance of the two toppings ordered. This isn’t the first or second time this has happened, frankly it’s not worth giving any stars. I also understand companies are hard pressed to hire people to work, but this is continously a problem with this location and company.
