The reasoning for my email is that yesterday at 9:26 p.m., I placed an order at Burger King at 1895 West Haven Avenues through the drive-through. When I approached the intercom. I was informed by a co-worker that they did not have any shakes because their machine was not working. I said, Okay, can I get a refund? They informed me that they cannot give me a refund because the order was placed online, and I have to go through the app because the app is from a third party. I said okay, I will take the sandwich, which I paid for; however, the fries were free. The guy at the window told me it would take six minutes for the chicken sandwich. I waited six minutes. When I received the food, it was the incorrect sandwich. I went back into the drive-thru and informed them that the sandwich was wrong. That’s when they proceeded to tell me they didn’t have the spicy chicken sandwich that I ordered and was on the receipt. I said, Why didn’t you guys say that before bringing me the food? They assumed that’s what I wanted. The bun was not toasted; they just put the sauce on the sandwich, and that was it. When I pulled up to the drive-through window the first time, the workers were talking; they didn’t even pay me any attention. When I went back around, they were still chatting and laughing, which was highly unprofessional. Regardless of what happens, try getting my money back from the app. The Burger King app was trying to give me a 10-dollar coupon, but I did not want it. A customer service representative named Jessica mentioned the coupon again. Keep in mind that I didn’t receive the sandwich I ordered because they didn’t have any spicy meat for the sandwich, and the Oreo shake I wanted. Jessica informed me that she could not give me a refund and could only offer a coupon in this situation. I felt robbed because I didn’t receive what I wanted. I want my money back, not the coupon, because I do not feel safe ordering from Buger King if this is the way a customer will be treated if they use the app and receive nothing or the wrong item. I tried reaching out again through the app, but I still didn’t get any response. Or even if I didn’t get the money back, the coupon didn’t even apply to my account. I tried contacting Jessica again this morning after speaking to them last night at around 10 p.m. This whole situation was frustrating and could have been avoided by giving me a refund.

TERRIBLE.. unacceptable experience, I went to Burger King on new haven today and the cashier was terrible with customer service. Aggressive and partly yelling. She didn’t get my FRIES and RANCH DIP. I will definitely NOT be going back. She little said she got everything to another staff member but forgot TWO things. NOT going again PASS. 0/10 if I could.

Burger King across all of Brevard county has a contest amongst it’s stores. To win this contest their store must hire only employees who absolutely do not care about customers or customers service and these employees should also have absolutely zero work ethic. Once a store has filled all positions with the afformentioned type of employees then the store as a whole must Excell at being the most filthy disgusting building a customer has ever walked in and also any customer who goes there should have the worst possible fast food experience imaginable. The winner of this contest will be rated most horrible fast food restaurant which must come with some sort of fantastic prize because burger king’s across Brevard county all want this prize more than anything and are in a very close race for the #1 worst fast food restaurant. The burger king on new haven is really applying themselves to winning the #1 spot. But don’t take my word for it. Go there and order only a soda and see if they can get even that right. Spoiler alert: They won’t.

Service was good, the meal was hot. Some of the tables weren’t clean so we had a few to pick from. Bathrooms were very clean once I got in there. I had to ask for the women’s room to be unlocked. It’s amazing that 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks now cost $20. It’s no longer cheap to eat lunch out.

Horrible experience. Told the woman behind the counter 4 times that I wanted 2 Whopper jrs with bacon and cheese. She still didn’t understand what I wanted. I had to walk out. Will never return to New Haven BK.

Was good but they care more about drive thru. Lobby doesn’t open till 11 am so cannot dine in till then. If you want condiments besides ketchup, salt & pepper they charge $,25 cents. Unless you order what ranch dressing or what comes with salads or chicken fries so if want ranch or other dressing for fries get ready to pay more. This place is serving alots better food than 6 months ago, Staff is much better. This place is way better now
