Hands down, compared to stand-alone stores, Target-trained Starbucks baristas do it better every time. I have never got an incorrect or yucky order at any Target affiliate location. This place in no different. In fact, the folks at this particular coffee counter are especially with-it. Please pass this note along and let your coffee people know they are doing such a great job.

Wonderful and friendly staff here and a great place to kick up your feet and relax. Cozy atmosphere and love the remodeled look! Didn’t catch the name of the barista working today (9/26/22) but this person was had exceptional customer service – very nice and polite, commented on my ring, made me feel welcome, liked, appreciated. As an ex-retail manager myself, I could tell this person was a truest genuine person and hard worker. Those are hard to come by these days. I hope Starbucks gives this barista all the tools and support to excel to the highest levels that they can offer. Have a great day!

I pulled out my phone to use my Starbucks app and I was told I can’t use it here to get my points since it is not a corporate store. I have never had this issue at the Target in Sun Prairie. Additionally, as I was paying for my order the girl at the front that took my order immidately took out her phone and sat scrolling while the line behind me waited for her to finally look up and see there was in fact a line. As someone who has worked in the customer service industry for years- this was a poor experience. However drinks were made in a timely manner and tastes good.

Conveniently located within Target. It’s now open again after recently undergoing some renovations, along with the rest of the store. Service has always been friendly and quick, I’ve never experienced a long wait in a cue here, but I don’t treat myself to Starbucks too often and I rarely go at peak hours anyway. YMMV.

Loved my drink but jena acted is if she did not wanna help me and whom i was with but the caucasions behind me got greeted with such smile and niceness i dislike that she was trying to rush our order to get us out her face i had questions she’d quickly shut it down and was super dry with us, she did not offer us our receipt or offer anything,but all the caucasions got “oh do u need your receipt” or special request trying to help.

Terrible bad experience horrible….My son trying to be independent ordered a simple hot cocoa nothing special at all just a hot cocoa…He ordered and then moved along to wait for his drink to be prepared. 6 people ordered after him and as he waited against the counter he ACCIDENTLY knocked something over which judging by the look on the girls face with the colored hair was a sin in the barista world and gave my 13 year old son a terrible glare and shook her head at him rather than assuring him its ok accidents happen and moving on with her job…In her haste she then served the 6 people that ordered after my son their drinks and made us wait longer on purpose there was no denying that for sure…..I know when posting this that Starbucks as a corporation will not care at all and do nothing about it there should be a “ZERO” star review option……I know my measly 1 star review can not take down the business but really do you think they care? ask yourself that will anyone at a corporate level read this probably not so remember this is just a place to vent your frustration that’s about it…….
