I went through the drive thru this past Sunday and ordered a chicken sandwich minus onions and with extra sauce. After leaving with the food I realized they gave me a wrap and it was without any sauce. No sweat everyone makes mistakes. I go inside and tell the gentleman behind the register what happened and he said they would fix it but it would be a few minutes. I stand away from the counter and wait. A couple employees asked what I was waiting on and I would tell them then they would yell to the cook telling him what I needed. I even heard the cook repeat several times what I was waiting on. This went on for 25 minutes. Finally I say if it’s not made yet I’ll just get a refund so a woman manager refunds my money no problem but doesn’t even ask why or try to solve the issue. While I was waiting I observed a totally unorganized and unmotivated staff. It’s a shame because I like some of Arby’s food. I’ll not be going back any time soon.

It always seems that I encounter the same women at the cash register – and they are the best! Always very friendly, efficient, and go out of their way to help make the customer experience wonderful. The place is always kept very clean and condiments/soda machine well stocked!

I went inside to order a small crinkle fry and just gyro meat- because I have a wheat allergy and can’t have bread. I was asked if I wanted a side of the taziki sauce, and said yes. When I got my food, it was only a small crinkle fry and a side of sauce. After going back inside to ask for the meat, the guy said he thought I only wanted sauce. After I explained, he said he couldn’t sell me just a side of meat. I get this at Arby’s every time I eat there, no matter the location. Then, he said he could do it. He told me it was $7 with tax- because he charged me full price of a gyro. I told him I never pay $7 for just the meat, and left. The guy was young, and had no idea what I was saying. I had to repeat myself several times, and I even heard him yell at a customer in the drive through who asked him to repeat himself because he was talking so low. And as an added bonus, the fries that I paid for had no salt on them, and I ended up throwing them away.

The drive thru people that were there tonight (4/5/23) could care less. I was asking a question and they acted like they did not hear me and completely ignored me. I was in the middle of asking my question again and he closed the window and kept going about what he was doing. When I was trying to give my order, the girl kept talking over me. Terrible customer service.

RUDEST PERSON WHO TAKES YOUR ORDER. My father is older and did not pronounce anything correctly today August 8th, 2023! The guy who was taking orders on the speaker was correcting everything my elderly father was saying in such an evil tone. Like if your angry don’t work. Go be broke and angry.

No tea at all at the drink station and the floor by the drink station was sticky, and that’s not great. The staff member who took my order was as efficient as any Army Chow Hall worker, and I’m fine with that, but if they had tea behind the counter, I wasn’t told. She popped the cup on the counter and said, Next, and that was that. I like Arby’s, but I found the fish sandwich incredibly disappointing. The bun was sweet, the relish was sweet, ditto the tomato, so it was too one-note and odd. About halfway through, the bun basically disintegrated, so it was a sweet, fishy mess. I’ll stick to the gyros from now on. The fries were hot and crispy, so that was a plus. Overall, it was okay.

Hadn’t eaten in an Arby’s since we left Pennsylvania 2016. My wife, my 84 year old mother and myself all said let’s eat at Arby’s. As I am placing our order the older black woman that was helping us seemed angry or mad like she didn’t like us.
