One of the cleanest, well manicured restaurants in town. I eat there probably once a week. Since the ingredients are so fresh, I never get tired of their high quality food. If you like fresh baked bread and meats sliced to order, I highly encourage you to try this location!

Was not pleased with the guy in a black shirt with a scrubby beard in the front making our sandwiches. He was very condescending and took little pleasure in serving us. Another thing I want to point out is that the music they were playing is not very kid friendly. It was talking about getting high on Mary Jane to kill the pain. That is something I do not want my kids to be exposed to at this age. Sandwiches tasted really good, so that was nice.

Went inside to place an order and at least two customers in front of me. Young man behind counter was very pleasant and once my turn, quickly took my order and prepared both sandwiches and then passed them off to a young man behind the prep counter. This young man on the other hand was a different story, Andrew M. (?) Very sullen looking and visibly put off to be present there. While preparing the two customers in front of me their sandwiches. Took his sweet time in doing so. After passing these two off, he just simply walked away from the counter without telling any other person what he was doing or when he would be back, or alerting other team members, nothing! Just up and left, leaving my two sandwiches and two others unattended. He went around the counter by where the ovens where and messed around back there. After a while of me and other customers just standing there, the lady at the check out and the pleasant young man came over and quickly finished up making the now piling up sandwiches, while Andrew would just looked on and turned his back to them, Still sullen and very put out to be there. In todays society, and when in the service industry, poor employees such as Andrew can be a deal breaker for repeat customers. BTW, sandwiches were very good and well prepared

Ordered for curbside pickup at 12:15 and the app said it would be ready at 12:35. We got there about 5 minutes early and checked in it and there was about 4-5 people waiting on there pickup orders too, so we waited until 12:35 to go back in. This time I waited because I figured it couldn’t be much longer but I was wrong, and I realized why they were so far behind on pickup orders. There was a few customers coming in the door and ordering subs, and there wasn’t really any line because they were getting serviced immediately. I noticed in between door customers that they would finally start working on pickup orders but the problem was that new door customers would get pushed in front of the pickup orders. A family of 5 walked in a few minutes after I had been standing there, and while they tried to figure out what they wanted the manager/meat cutter started to make my order. Note that this was about 12:40, 25 minutes after we ordered and 5 minutes after they were supposed to be ready. When the family of 5 decided what they wanted, the manager pushed my subs to the side and moved there subs in front of mine. As the family was slow to order, 2 of my subs got advanced but the 3rd sub kept getting bumped behind each new sub ordered by the family. The family took long enough that more people joined the line and the manager kept advancing more subs in front of the final sub of my order. I went up ask the manager to finish my sub that had been continuously bumped and he told me I had to wait, and I felt he was very rude to me when they should have been apologizing for the delay. The family of 5 got served immediately without delay but everyone waiting for pickups had to wait for their orders that they had ordered ahead. I finally got my order at 12:55, so about 40 minutes.

I have been to this store twice now and both times the same manager was very rude. The first time I went I left without ordering, because he was rude. I thought I would give it a second try and this time I ordered and still the manager was very rude. I have worked construction for many years, and sometimes it is hard for me to hear when someone doesn’t look at me when they are talking. I know sometimes it is a hassle to have to repeat yourself but my goodness this guy was a down right jerk just because I couldn’t hear him, and he had to repeat himself to me a couple of times. Both times it has been the night manager the date was 2/11/19 the time was 7:31pm, my order number is 10058. 3 lousy sandwiches and I walk out of there mad as hell. This place is rarely busy and judging from the other reviews on here I know why. I will not be back to this store, and it’s a shame because it’s close. If I could give zero stars I would.
