I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience here was too horrible to not to. The employee that took my order was unprofessional and it was obvious they didn’t want to be there. I ordered 4 drinks and they didn’t fill up my drinks even though I didn’t alter the ice level at all. On top of that, they got 2 out of the 4 drinks I ordered completely wrong. I don’t know if they mixed up my order with someone else’s, but they were all the same drink. I had to go inside and tell them about it and this lady waved me off to another employee saying she was “busy” when she was only on her phone. This was the worst Dunkin’ location I’ve been to.

Normally prefer Dunkin over other places and my go to is the strawberry dragonfruit with coconut milk. I simply asked them to shake the drink for me or stir it because it looks like they just poured coconut milk on top, window had an attitude, laughed and said no. So i asked for just a regular refresher instead since the couldn’t shake it and the two workers joked about it and basically told me to get over it or just shake it yourself although there’s a big whole in the lid so tell me how could i do that. Needless today i normal tip because i used to be a bartender but i did not this go round and I’m going to probably not be back to this one

The worst Dunkin I have ever been first I’m standing there while all the employees just look at me and help me out 10 mins later after they are done with their conversation about the relationships and whatsoever and then the other employee comes out from the back and asks if I be been helped and the others just look and say oh my bad and start laughing at me and then I order my drink just to find out that the mocha and sugar haven’t even been mixed together because they are sitting at the bottom of my drink and then it takes them another 15 mins to make 2 hash browns WORST DUNKIN I VE BEEN TO glad to know it’s in my hometown of locust grove

I really try my best not to leave negative reviews, however this is the last straw. I placed a mobile order to redeem a reward and they were completely out of donuts mid morning on a Saturday. If it’s not them running out of donuts, then it’s terrible customer service and burnt coffee. This location is less than a mile from my home so it’s a very convenient location, but at this point I would rather drive in traffic to patronize another location than to return to this location. If more people stopped settling for this subpar location, then they would be forced to provide satisfactory customer service. Do better Dunkin!

Went in on an early Thursday afternoon and Waited in line for the customer ahead of me to get a refund. It was taking quite a while as the customer did not have her mothers card with her. The associate had to ask for help. I went next to JP since it was taking such a long time. Upon returning I ordered 10 donut holes 2 pinks and a cruller! I received the holes and pinks, I thought the young lady was going back to get my 3rd donut and instead grabbed herself a donut hole and proceeded to eat it while I stood there and talk about whether the new girl made the donuts or someone else. I said “ummmm I’m missing a donut” she looked around to her other associate who told her the cruller! The missing donut only happened because she wanted to scarf down her own donut, that she ate right off the shelf I might add! So unprofessional and unsanitary.

The staff here are very rude, unprofessional and the overall customer service doesn’t exist. They messed my order up didn’t want to remake it right, as well the front cashier just threw my bag of donuts on the counter. Tried to call and talk with management no one answered the phone.
