Our dinner restaurant, R.AIRE, has been welcoming guests since 2020. Concept created by Chef Alex Bujoreanu focuses on introducing new and innovative dishes and perfectly-balanced menu.
R.AIRE offers two dining experiences:
A Spanish-influenced a la carte menu featuring authentic tapas and paella meant to be shared.
​Our six-course tasting menu, offered Fridays and Saturdays, has become many of our guests’ favorite. Chef Alex combines the best in global cuisine with fresh local ingredients, and novel cooking techniques to create a dining experience “rarely” found in the Hamptons.

My wife and I had the tasting menu and were left feeling a little disappointed. Our favorite part was the citrus tart. It was incredibly well executed, and the candied lemon was the best we’ve had. However, we are savory people and the dessert being the standout was tough given the price tag. None of the other dishes were bad, but we wouldn’t come back for any of them. The frog leg terrine was probably the dish that threw off the meal. It was just okay and too generous of a portion (sooo much frog leg). It filled us up and made the remaining dishes harder to enjoy. The spider crab was next and had an incredibly cool presentation, but it didn’t taste as good as it looked and was once again a large portion. I didn’t cover all of the dishes, but each felt lacking or the flavors weren’t quite right.

Tapas style restaurant by a renowned chef. The food and experience was amazing. Fresh ingredients, gluten free, rare meats and wine. Service is attentive and friendly. The sauce for the mussels was so good that asked for more bread. Patata bravas had the right amount of heat and we just had to take another order to go. The Wagyu Steak served over Paella was a first for me but outstanding because the seasoning on the steak perfectly complemented the richness of the meat and the textures of the Paella. They have cooking classes and a tasting menu on the weekends. I will have to come back again to try.

The food here is absolutely amazing. My husband & I have met Chef Alex during our dinners at R’aire. He is extremely personable & passionate about his creations . What a vast knowledge on wines as well! The paella is to die for as well as the tapas & croquettes. I am normally not a fan of Duck , but his is amazing ! A fantastic dining experience worth every penny !

Ive always loved the hampton maid as it is a staple of the hamptons but this evening restaurant is just upsetting. Not only did the wait staff have severe issues with being properly trained they didnt know their table numbers. We watched other patrons go the bar to get their own drinks due to lack of service. My nicest assumption would be a lack of staffing. However their signature dish of paella was just not good, very bland in flavor and was burnt or just mush. Then when it came to the bill they tried to charge us an additional 100 dollars. We did 100 cash and 2 cards they just took the cash and charged the cards, they did fix it after we pointed it out…they should’ve just stuck with breakfast… their bartender was their only saving grace

Excellent food, gracious service, and talented chef. I love the tasting menu, which is so inventive, with beautiful plating. The paellas are outstanding – perfectly prepared. The Spanish wines add to the experience. Highly recommend!

This used to be a decent breakfast / brunch spot. Despite all the good things we heard about their new R.AIRE chef and dinner offerings, this place is now absolutely awful. Honestly never leave reviews or complain about anything in life, but both the food and service were so terrible we had to warn others. Recommend eating almost anywhere else in Hampton Bays. This place is now an overpriced joke. The Paela tasted like plastic, the beet salad is a laughable portion, steer away from the salmon unless you like a dish so bland and mushy it makes you wish you stayed home and cooked it yourself, and the service is completely lost. Was a comical farce watching them flounder around not knowing which tables to serve or how to take our payment. The table next to us the woman even had to go to the bar to get the drink herself it was so delayed and disorganized, not even a busy night. If we could leave zero stars and get our money back for one of the worst restaurant meals we’ve all ever experienced, we surely would.

Our Caesar salad was plentiful and absolutely delicious. Wagyu filet mignon (4-1/2*) with fresh cut french fries, would have been better with polenta or mashed potatoes, the duck breast was excellent, where our two entrees we’re very delicious, but both dishes should have had a vegetable.
