My husband and I had quite possibly the worst dining experience at this restaurant. The service was unfathomable – slow, rude, unhelpful and wildly unacceptable. There was one female server with short dark hair in her 50s who had zero urgency despite every seat at the bar and almost every table being full. Keep in mind you place your order on an app at your table so she isn’t even taking orders. She forgot my drink twice and after 30 mins I walked up to the bar for it (it was just a glass of water). My husband never received his $20 burger and after checking on it with her and the two bartenders (who were also unhelpful) over a 45 minute period we had to leave for our flight. Keep in mind that several other parties arrived after us, received their food, finished their meals and left and we were still waiting. I asked for a refund on the burger because we needed to get going and not only was she not apologetic and barely made eye contact with me, she said there was nothing she could do and we needed to wait for a manager. I asked how long that would take and she said, “I don’t know” and walked away. After waiting another for 15 mins for a manager who never showed up, we needed to leave. I can not believe this place of business has such a terrible staff. They all acted like they didn’t want to be there, could care less about the patrons or the service they were providing aka doing their job. I have been a server and have worked several jobs in the food industry and have never in my life seen anything like this. I sincerely hope that this feedback reaches the appropriate parties and the staff working on Sunday evening 7/25/23 is reassigned to another job that is not client facing and does not require any urgency, people skills or care for others because that is all that they are capable of.

Shout out to Sterling for bringing the energy on a Satuday morning! He ran the bar and sitting area by himself and was very friendly and personable. He was very attentive during my hour there. I stopped for a beer before my flight and had a great time sitting at the bar with other travelers!

OMG is this place, prominently located in Concourse D, bad! While the server (Mary Jo?), to her credit, tried her best, we waited an inordinately long time for our food, only to find out the slow kitchen hadn’t gotten part of the order right… Back to the kitchen and wait again, and then receive food that was scalding hot, with such low quality & bad taste, that we left much of it uneaten. And for this garbage, we almost missed our flight due to their slowness. After we got to our destination, I was awakened that night with, let’s just say, “tummy upset,” to keep it polite, that practically ruined our first day of vacation. Please know that the only reason this got 2* instead of a lower rating is because of the server.

Service was mediocre, and that’s fine, genuinely. But dear God the quality of the ingredients can at best be described as “they must have robbed the cafeteria of the most underfunded middleschool nearby and microwaved all the already cooked food”. I have never had a more bland tasting and sad looking burger…

Everything in the terminal closes before 6? It’s seat yourself so we sat down, scanned the menu, and a few minutes later the host says “you know the kitchen is closed, right?” It doesn’t say anywhere it’s closed…

The server at the bar (Jhon) is extremely rude. I only tipped because I know the service industry relies on tips not because the service I received was actually worth the tip. I’m a business traveler and deeply value airport restaurants with basic hospitality. I’m through the same airports constantly. I’ll absolutely remember this experience and spend my dollars wiser in the future when @MKE

There was a lady server & she was rude from the start. I asked about seating to accommodate myself & three children. There were several open seats but they were spaced out. She was just rude and very passive & wasn’t helpful at all.. We didn’t even stay. I will never beg to spend my money. Thumbs down all the way

In my 60 years of life it was the worst burger I have ever eaten. 2 thick, tiny pieces of cardboard with a single leaf of wilted lettuce, overripe tomato and cold cheese. AWEFUL!!!! All for $17.49 plus tax.
