I wish I could give this location ZERO STARS. We asked for 2 pepperoni and 2 cheese. The kid charged us for 3 cheese and 2 pepperoni. He wouldn’t refund us and still did not get the order right. When we got home there was some kind of burnt oily hair type substance on a thin crust pepperoni that we didn’t order but had to pay for. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. Save yourself a headache and go to the 11th Ave location

Every time I tell myself I’m done and never coming back to Little Caesar’s I disobey my wise self, go, then leave, shaking with anger. The employee and the manager insisted this is what the “Old World Pepperoni” is supposed to look like, but this time, I refused to roll over and demanded a refund. It’s not repulsive, but it’s not acceptable. I can’t imagine how one of their cheap pizzas should look.

If I order on the app and it tells me it’s gonna be in the pizza portal and that it’s gonna send me a notification when it is. In fact, in the pizza portal and done, you would think. I wouldn’t have to wait 30 additional minutes to walk up and ask a guy where it’s at. Only to find that it’s been done and is now cold….. no apology nothing. Nobody wants to work at a pizza place, but if you’re going to act like you’ve got some pride in your job.

Ordered online and my food was ready to go on time. I received an email notification about my order. The pizza and wings were very good. I recommend using the online app versus walking in and getting the hot and ready pizzas. Food was fresh and delicious.

Lady at the counter said it was going to be 20 minutes before I could get what I wanted so I settled for a hot and ready. It tasted and looked like it was yesterday’s pizza. 11th Ave store is a lot better and I should have gone up the road to Idaho Pizza. Won’t be returning, and don’t recommend this location.

Unfortunately this is the worst location I’ve ever been too. First they do no have updated hours in their door leading to false advertising of hours. Then they denied making a cheese pizza 25 minutes before closing, but proceeded to turn around and ask the guys in the back to make several pepperoni pizza. Then after paying the dude aggressively slide the pizza across the counter and threw the breadsticks on top of the pizza and rudely said have a nice day.

I don’t expect much from Little Caesars, everybody knows what it is when you eat there. That being said, the last time I ate at this location was the sloppiest greasiest pizza I’ve ever been served, and not the good kind of greasy like a New York style pizza, more like they put a block of cheese on a pizza crust, threw it in place of the grease traps, used the scolding hot grease to melt the cheese onto the bread, tossed a handful of pepperoni’s into the air, left them wherever they landed, and tossed her in a box for us. Now Like I said, I don’t expect world class food from Little Caesars and usually I’m extremely satisfied with them. This is also the first time I’ve eaten at this location so I can’t say that it’s always like this. But if y’all are going to start charging $6.50 for your hot and ready pizzas I expect at least the same quality not lower.

Ordered online. Showed up when told pizza would be done. Kept tell us 2 minutes after about 10 minutes he said 2 minutes. Got our pizzas and left. Got home a few minutes later and 2 out of 3 were cold and stuck to the box. Had to use a fork to scrap it out. Plus the kid working the front was very rude I asked to talk to a manager and was ignored. After we got our pizzas he said his manager was here but I had kids waiting in the car so Had to go. While we were there he also dropped a pizza on the ground that belonged to a customer and I let her know before she left.

Waited over an hour for a couple Hot and Ready pizza’s. Was told it would be 15 minutes top. They had lost call in orders. New customers would walk in and be given one of the Hot and Ready pizza’s even though we were standing there waiting for the same thing. The person at the counter seemed completely in over her head.

Every time I try to order from this location my order is wrong, lost, or not ready even remotely close to the time they say your pizza will be ready. In the last 3 times I’ve ordered here, the first time it said my order would be ready at 6:30 and it was 7:10 before my order was ready. The next time, my wife went to pick up our order and they told her “well someone ordered to the wrong location so we gave them your pizza so we’ll have to make a new one for you.” And the today I ordered a stuffed pretzel crust pizza with red sauce and we got a non stuffed crust pizza with cheese sauce. Obviously the management doesn’t care enough to watch their employees because everyone I know that has used this location has had a bad experience as well. They will never get my business again. If I could post 0 stars I would.
