My burrito bowl was missing the corn-salsa, lettuce, veggies, and cheese as well as a very small portion size of chicken that was just lumped on one side. They also completely forgot my side of guacamole.

Went in today, GM Courtney White was preparing the two Steak Bowls I ordered. She put a single scoop of rice, with half the bottom of the bowl exposed. I asked for extra rice and I was refused. Said it would be an extra charge for rice. Ridiculous really when I could order on the app and get extra rice without any issues. Asked for her name and she refused to give me her name. I had to ask Dave, the cashier. Picture below is after the “extra rice” after much headache and after accepting to pay for the extra rice.

The portion sizes are about 40% less than they used to be. This is a bowl with extra veggies that I pushed together so you can see the actual portion. The salad had the same amount of lettuce as the bowl with less ingredients and smaller portion. This was an online order so it comes from a different line but the main line did look a little better woth it’s portions.

Food was good, except for the under cooked rice. We had to clean a table to find a place to sit. It was busy, so this was understandable. The amount of food was great and the flavors were awesome. Just wished the rice was cooked all the way.

So surprise about the attitude that every single employee had, awful. Restaurant was full but the service was quick. I order the kids plate quesadilla and was good. I order the chicken bowl and have to ask for everything extra because for some reason they were not serving the normal portion. The corn was literally frozen.

Good food, when they have it on hand and manage to give you enough. The chips are stale most of the time. The staff is not friendly at all! They act like you are bothering them when you step up to order and they never smile.

The employee that was scooping the food on 8/12/23 at around 4:30pm was so visibly upset that we entered the building that I almost decided to walk out. I have never seen someone that upset about having to make some burrito bowls, especially being the only ones there at the time. However, at least the food tasted good this time.

Love this location. A little hard to get to off Hwy 280 but they give huge portions. Ordered online and had my food ready in less than 10 minutes. Got the order correct on two separate orders. Very impressed and better than Hwy 31 location. Way to go guys.

THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!!!!!! I’ve never seen such nastiness in a Chipotle. I literally waited ten minutes without one of the three customers saying not one word to me. I had to ask for my order to be taken. This place needs serious management, I’m sure there is a district over this location. Pathetic. The food was so nasty, brown guacamole. The line was disgusting, it’s not hard to take a rag and wipe so it’s pleasant to the customers. Will be contacting corporate.
