Had to yell for someone to come help me after waiting 5 mins and was told “if no one is up here your supposed to use the kiosk” I said oh okay I don’t see a sign that says that and I’m using cash which u cannot use at the kiosk. She had her cell phone in her hand so just being lazy and incredibly rude. I wouldn’t stop there again. Food took FOREVER to come out.

Have gone here 3 times and food has been cold every time. Service wasn’t bad, but when we got our food and said thank you we didn’t receive a welcome or have a nice day in return. The 3rd time we ate here we decided to dine in and there was a lady calling out the cashier in front of customers about not giving customers receipts, but the cashier had asked the customers if they wanted their receipts and they said no, but the lady told the cashier they needed to be given their receipts for order numbers. Customers may need their receipts, but if there is a problem it needs to be handled aside not in front of customers…so the atmosphere was not that great.

75% of the time my order is wrong or I get this… burnt to a crisp. This photo was at 9 in the morning with only one other person in the drive thru. And yet they still thought it was ok to send out burnt food. I did not have time to go back so once again I was not happy. With how often this happens I have decided it isn’t worth going anymore.
