First time at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. Stopped in here to use the restrooms while at an event at Learning Express, but also ordered a couple Wake-Up-Wraps. We had the bacon wrap and sausage wrap. They were on the small side, but pretty good. The service was decent. The Cafe was on the messy side, with crumbs on the tables. Considering the place was empty, the employees should have been keeping up.on it.

I have been to this location many times before but will usually order thru the Dunkin app to speed my order along. This morning is the first time I walked in to order and it will def be the last time I come here after what I witnessed. As one worker was asking me what donuts to select another worker was collecting donuts for either an online or drive thru order and proceeded to sneeze into the box of donuts. Apparently it took him by surprise as he just stared at me then completed the order. I’m pretty disgusted by this that I’m tossing this box of donuts I just paid for. Not only that but this place is a mess. There’s a broken system in the back and appears no one really cares. Desperately in need of new management and clearly a refresher course of their Food Handlers License. I would prob stay clear of this location until issues are addressed.

I will probably not go to Dunkin anymore after visiting this location. I stopped here because I needed to use the restroom and a morning coffee. I was in a hurry so I didn’t check first but NO FRICKin toilet paper!!! And of course no paper towels because they made the decision hand dryers are the only way to go. I’m not against them but it’s nice to have a choice. Sometimes a paper towel really comes in handy. Luckily I had my purse with something in it I was able to make work for the situation. So on to the coffee. I finally found a drink of their’s that was perfect….. Iced Tiger Latte well now they don’t have it anymore. I was offered some pumpkin drink…..thanks but no thanks. He said he had everything to make the Iced Tiger Latte except the fixins on top. I Saud perfect because I wasn’t worried about that just the drink it’s self. Oh and of course I mentioned the toilet paper. He said oh I’m sorry I’ll get someone to take care of that right away……not a single of the 6-7 people I saw back there went anywhere near the bathroom while I was there. So as I’m waiting I notice no napkins either!!! Anyway another worker sits this drink at the pickup counter. It looked like a black coffee with ice. Apparently even though every other time (at least 10) I’ve ordered this drink it was made with cream and sugar this ONE time I was supposed to tell them I wanted cream and sugar ‍♀️ Listen Dunkin for the prices you charge I expect toilet paper, napkins, and my drink the same or pretty darn close each time I order it. Good thing they don’t make it anymore though. I’ll just go back to my $1 iced coffee from McDonald’s.

Placed a mobile order for pickup on 3/10/2023. For whatever reason the store never received my order, however, the two ladies at the register were extremely helpful and friendly. They worked quickly to get my order ready and I did not have to wait long. Their customer service was greatly appreciated and they both went above & beyond expectations. While in the store, I observed multiple interactions that promoted a kid-friendly environment; the staff displayed high-level social skills and went out of their way to make the customer happy. My drink was great and food was fresh!

Making the order, you had to scream into the speaker for the poor worker to hear the order. After having to repeat the order 4 times, the worker finally stated the speakers been cutting out all morning. At first i thought he was messing with me. Recieved snacking bacon you couldn’t eat due to waaay to much seasoning,all to find the wrong wake up wrap in the bag. Smh terrible location

Terrible location and parking. If you come here on a busy morning you will get parked in by the line of cars in the drive thru line around the building. No one can let you out because of this line. And the staff yells at you if you double park to avoid being trapped to run in for your pickup. Do yourself a favor and save the aggravation…..if you see a line keep on driving!

Despite being short staffed, they manage to have great customer service. I went through the drive through with my dog and the kind employee at the window offered him a pup cup even though she was clearly busy. I told her it was his birthday and she went above and beyond to give him a special treat. Great job!
