I got the new ribeye garlic sandwich and curly fries. The food was cold and not edible. It went straight into the trash. I probably will not go back to that location. The Arby’s downtown Dayton is fine.

Slow and sullen. It takes forever to get your order. The servers are sullen and act like they’re doing you a favor by waiting on you. Food is really good and if you don’t mind dealing with the rest you’re in for a treat. If you’re going through the drive through, take a book to read. They’re that slow.

Their food is usually pretty good, sometimes a little scimpy in the roast beef but my main reason for a lower rating is because I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone there just for them to tell me their closed at 5-6pm. You literally never know if they are going to be open or not, which is frustrating. I could see having to close early due to issues once or twice but it happens all the time.

The employees they hire at this location are some of the most rudest, dirtiest and hateful people on earth. Nobody at this location cares about anything. If you eat anything from this terrible, rachet place you put yourself at risk of getting sick.

I was very unhappy with the food. I received curly fries instead of crinkly fries and the drinks were like children size. I know this seems kind of childish but when you’re paying almost $25 for your food you expect the bus and respect what you see from the pictures. I was just very unhappy and I thought that was way too much money. I could have done that a better restaurant but I can say that the fish was very good thank you.
