Very disappointed after not coming here for a few months and I get a burger that was not cooked all the way through. Had one bite and that’s when I saw how pink it was. I should have known by the temperature of the burger it wasn’t hot and freshly made. Only gave it two stars because the fries was ok. Paying over $10 for a meal to only eat the fries.

My 2nd complaint wirhin the past 6 months, but by far my worst ever experience in nearly 30 years as a customer with Checkers/Rally’s. The cashier was rude as I was ordering, uttering “OH MY GOD” with an attitide where it came through the intercom, as I was trying to redeem another item from my rewards as I pulled up, I was still charged for me mozzarella sticks, as the cashier didn’t know how to take them off. The supervisor who also appeared to have an attitude that day, took them off finally. However my order still missed 2 burgers, an apple pie, and a large strawberry shake, not to mention, my food I did receive was luke warm, at best, as my order came in over $60 for my entire family, per usual. I gave a negative survey review online at the website, demanding someone to contact me to rectify the situation. Over 2 weeks has passed, and I still received no such call and/or email, even after contacting their corporate office, TWICE!!!! I guess it’s a microcosm on how poorly ran they are, nor do they no longer value lifelong customers, or focus on providing good customer service. My family from this point on, will end our relationship and gladly take our business elsewhere.

They close at 1, waited in line & got to window at 12:40. Lady working rudely said “We’re closing early”. I understand workers wanting to go home early, but to stop serving food at a fast food joint 20 mins before closing time is crazy. Especially if I just watched you take care of some of the customers ahead of me..

I love every single product at Checkers. At this specific location, they missed my Funnel fires ans my French fries, so when I got home, I called them and they were profesional enough to acknowledged their mistake and offer me to prepare the whole order for free. The sign and google says they open at 10:00:AM on Fridays. Drove through the drive thru and one gut started taking my order. Only to be cut off by a very rude lady.telling me there opening at 11:00AM today. I only get 30 minute during break time. It would be nice if they cold change there hours to the appropriate times. Luckily, there was a Wendy’s right across the street.

They’re apparently closed today, the only way I found out was arriving at their drive thru. Their mobile ordering is open- BUT they’re fries are unavailable, so no fries with any orders or anything that requires to be fried as their friers are down or something according to one of the employees…

First I pre-ordered the food through the app. When I arrived, I sat at the mic for 5 min. After no response I pulled to the window and waited another 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was there. The other side of the building was for regular drive up orders while the side I was on was for mobile orders. My order was supposed to be ready at 1:38. I didn’t get it until 2pm and was missing a drink and the fries were cold and the drinks luke cold the ice had melted. If it wasn’t for the fact that I had prepaid, tired and the grandkids hungry we would have gone somewhere else. But they wanted the funnel fries.
