This place needs some major work. The food was terrible. The “new” salad bar was mediocre at best. It was priced ridiculously high for lunch. To add soup was an additional 3.00. The soup portion was so small for the price. Both of our soups were luke warm and tasted like they were from a can. Made the mistake of ordering spinach artichoke dip. It was terrible, left a chalky taste in my mouth and not to mention was completely overpriced! The server wasn’t that great either. I will not be returning to this place.

The service was lackluster. We got one refill after waiting 30 minutes and of course there was no ice left in our cups so it was just liquid. The food was not fresh and it did not taste good at all, it did not even look good. However the salad on the bar did look fresh and did taste good but the items we ordered were not good. There was plenty of wait staff but even though they saw us coming in and leaving no one held the door for us, I saw my waitress texting on her phone hiding it behind the check folder multiple times, and the environment was just kind of weird.

Restaurant smells bad. I’m not sure the staff knows how to wipe down tables. Everything was dirty and smelly. Even though I was one of only 4 patrons in the entire place (and I was by myself), it took nearly 30 minutes for my meal to be brought to me. The whole time I could hear the staff yelling, laughing, or talking in the kitchen. Staff wandered around aimlessly when there was so much obvious cleaning that needed to be done. No one wanted to work.

Really enjoyed ourselves. Mary was the best and most personable waiter. Really enjoyed dinning with her. She took excellent care of us. The food was wonderful. Steaks were cooked perfect. Ruby Tuesday’s set a high bar for themselves.

The salad bar is great, so was the bourbon chicken. However, the fries are horrible and the food overall is not worth the price tag. Also, be aware that they charge for refills, and we didnt even ask for a refill. So they just charged us anyways without us knowing until the bill came. The quality has reduced by a lot and the proportion sizes are NOT worth the price tag. Save your money and go somewhere better where you can at least get a free refill if you ask for it.

My two friends and myself were there Friday June 8th 2018 our waitress was not on her toes. (1) myself I ordered pork chop with sweet potato fries and strings beans when I got my order I received French fries and sweet potato fries no green beans. (2) my friend order ribs with sauce on side she receive her ribs with sauce on ribs. (3) Other friend friend had ordered an appetizer which never received.. We never complain when we ever go out to eat but this time we just had too. We called the manager very very understanding we explain the situation. I just want to say he was so nice he I guess went out on a limb and told us that he will take care of the check. We were not looking for a free meal. This is not us but wanted to let the manager know about his waitstaff. Your establishment has a very understanding manager please keep him on. We told him that we will return next week.

Crappy service yet again. In the hour and fifteen minutes we were there, there were never more than four tables seated, yet, we could not get a drink refill. When our waitress finally came around 40 minutes into our meal, she acted as if it were a bother for us to ask for a refill. She reluctantly went and got more drinks. It took her almost 30 minutes to return with the bill. And that was only after I actually turned and sat on the edge of the booth as if to look for someone for help. As we left the restaurant, we noticed our caring waitress sitting at the bar with the hostess. This was the second time eating here and our second bad experience. We will not be back.
