We placed an order at 2:30 using the subway app for our order to be ready at 4:00. Upon arrival at 4:00 the guy behind the counter says they haven’t even started it yet. No apologies no anything. Absolutely no attempt to make this right at all other than the manager saying well she can either make it or she can void out the order. The owner reached out to me and said she will discuss this with her team members so that it won’t happen again. Still no attempt to make it right. This place was horrible before and it’s still bad now that it’s open back up. There’s no way we will ever return to this place.

The store just reopened and they don’t even have Swiss cheese. Swiss cheese is 1 of the most popular cheeses and the don’t even have it as an option. You would think that they would be a little bit more considerate after all of the problems that they had before they shut down

Awful service. The workers were rude and would barely put any toppings. Not only did I have to clarify multiple times about the sandwiches, but they charged me for an extra sandwich. There goes 12 dollars I’ll never get back.

Went in to get 2 foot long subs and a kids meal on 2-23-18 at 1:35pm right after my 6 year old son was sent home from surgery. There were 3 people in line in front of me. There was this lady working there and on her name tag it said CATS and she took her sweet sweet time making any subs. She looked like she’d been doing drugs. 2 guys came in and waited behind me. CATS finally got to the man ahead of me and he was quite irritated as well as I was at that point and he finally paid and left. She got to my order now. She didn’t correctly cut the kids meal sub the way it was supposed to be. It was half the size it was supposed to be and put only 1 slice of turkey on it! My boyfriend’s sub was alright. But MY sub was ridiculous! As soon as she started making MY sub I had been there for 30 minutes and I was wondering why is this woman working alone! The 2 men behind me, obviously regulars and must know the people working, asked where’s her other helper. She looked up and responded that she must be in the bathroom or something, haven’t seen her in a while. The guys behind me were joking around about possibly seeing the other worker outside smoking. This started making me angry. I paid for my food, looked for the name of the other person who was supposed to be working, her name is Michelle by the way and I left. Got home and we ate our food. So may I remind you I was fine just starving that day. Later that night I started feeling bloated and sharp pains in my stomach. Went to bed just to wake up at 4am the next day with food poisoning! Here it is going on day #3 with it. I’ve lost out on 2 and a half days of work so far! I can barely keep anything down. I too weak to stay awake but can’t sleep because I’m in too much pain and I’m either too hot or to cold. My brain hurts like I’ve been hit by a truck. Something needs done about it and asap! I’m sadly disappointed with how Subway’s being ran so far this year. Heard a lot of complaints about the store is being ran down to the ground by their own store owner. After my last visit I’m NOT going to go back again.

This has to be the ONLY Subway in the country that closes at 3 pm…and the service is absolutely horrible. Staff have an attitude and act like you walking in just ruined their day. Do NOT recommend this store

Feel kind of bad for the 2 workers with no ability to make any decisions as far as management would be concerned. No manager on site of course. Seriously limited hours for a long time now due to a shortage in staff. Long wait times for food. Sad that this is one of only a few options in town, they really need to step it up. Online ordering was not available. They called their mgr, who wouldn’t do anything for the customer- discount was online only. Basically you’re just screwed all together if you choose to eat here. Again, they really need to step it up.

Grandkid was sent with a 50 dollar bill to get her dinner. She got steak. Her usual. Was shorted money and they kept telling her she gave him a 20. Nope it was a fifty. Poor kid had to face her mom like that. Finnally got money back after several calls and visit. Very bad experience for 10yr old.
