After seeing the commercials for $1.99 shakes decided to stop by & get a shake. Every other stall credit card machine and/or screen was out of order. The restroom was out of order. I asked why everything at this restaurant was out of order? They said they were working on it. I ordered a shake (caramel ) couldn’t wait for it to arrive. When I got my shake the first thing I saw was the cherry it was dried up like a raisin. If the outside is like that I can just imagine what the inside looks like. I wouldn’t recommend this Sonic.

Understaffed and the employees are obviously stressed. The girl taking the order was very rude. We waited 15 minutes for the food and when we pushed the button she rudely stated that there is a 5-10 minute wait on food orders (we’d already waited 15). She didnt even ask what we wanted after pushing the button, just said there would be a wait and left the conversation. After waiting 10 more minutes we left without food.

We had to say our order over and over again. He’d repeat it back but then immediately forget it again. The drive in screen was broken so we couldn’t pay with it and couldn’t tip the server, who was quick and efficient. My food had a hair in it so I ended up only eating a side. I don’t expect much from fast food places, but broken machines, not being able to order, and then not even getting to eat my food was pretty ridiculous.

Their ice cream machine has been “broken” every time I’ve gone for weeks. The only reason I go to sonic is to get me and my kid a summer treat after her dance classes. It’s literally useless.

The staff are doing the best they can but obviously the owner is out to lunch. Displays all broken parking lot filthy. Why is sonic corporate asking for escalations in the replies to the complaints? Go visit the store!

It’s always something with this place. There’s times they wouldn’t take orders unless it was on an app, ice cream runs out at 2 in the afternoon at slow hours, trying to waard off costumers, and closing at 7 at times with staff in the parking lot. Big L from whoever owns this place.

Terrible, waited over 30 minutes, burgers looked like they were run over by a car. Missed the side order and when I buzzed again, didn’t know what I was talking about. Clearly no one knew what they were doing and no manager on site.

We ordered a chicken sandwich combo and a double cheeseburger combo. We received 2 double cheeseburger meals. Unfortunately, we did not have time to try to “fix” it. Also, we were not given any napkins. In addition, there was no working restroom.

Was suprised to be charged .69¢ for a whip cream pup cup- especially when buying $20 worth of food. There are plenty of other places to go to with free pup cups I’ll go to next time I want a treat for myself and my pup.
