Sandwiches very plain, little flavor and few options for veggies etc. Turkey sliced fresh but tastes watery. Cheese so thin you can’t tell it’s there. A PB&J from home is a better and cheaper option

Absolutely delicious sandwiches with great customer service. So glad we have some franchises here in Utah. My favorite sub is the #26, which has chicken, cheese and bacon. It’s a hot sub, so the cheese comes ooey-gooey and juices literally drip from the sandwich. I have never had a bad experience here with the employees because they are so chill and kind.

This location has gone to the birds. They have a rodent problem , the card machines are always broken and there is the store manager whom I see is always sitting around , never engaging in the workplace. Where’s Dakota? A friendly face and very keen with making sure customers was comfortable. My favorite sandwich is pretty much all of them. A little high priced but worth it. I prefer the Murray location they seem to have their team together and card machine there works. No rodents either. Don’t buy the chips the rodents have already helped themselves. Twice I’ve purchased chips and have had to throw my food away.

Don’t waste your time. You’ll wait 3 hours and still have no food. Go to the store and just make your own sandwich at home. It’ll be faster and you’ll actually get to eat

I go to this location probably once a week or every other week, since I live really close by. Food is always amazing, and service is always so friendly

Better and fresher compared to original sub places. One time I almost had a complaint…. then I forgot what it was because they always do a good job.

The Midvale location has problems. They are way too slow. Took 11 minutes from order to receipt. The credit card machine was down. Plus $15 for a small sandwich and drink is too much.

Apparently, you have to specify that you want lettuce and tomato on a “BLT”. Didn’t even check because I thought it was common sense. Got back home and immediately had to go back. Super annoying
