YMMV: first visit – all went fine – bit on the slow slide compared to other locations, but OK. Second visit (12/6/22) – 20pc via app came up as 43-48min (ugh) – but waited it through – wish I had NOT. In 30 visits I have never had such a bad experience. First – they were cold and soggy – if you have them done early – it would be really nice if you let me know. Second – the size – NEVER seen such small wings – and at a buck a bone – I hope this is just a momentary lapse in quality control. I will try once more – but in over 30 visits – this was by far the worst location and experience.

Wings were fresh, good flavor and nice size. Fries were the same we had the voodoo fries if you like spicy these are for you. The regular fries were good as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Place was clean. We were nervous at first to try due to other reviews not so good but that’s why you try for yourself! Will continue to order from here.

Hello, I just visited this location over the past weekend.. service was fair but the food was not cooked to my preference as requested.. I requested for my wings to be cooked well done and not only discovered some of the wings seeming gummy like (skin) but the inside of one of the wings was dark red appearing undercooked.. I also requested LIGHT seasoning on the wings and they weren’t. my fries seemed cold.. idk about returning

I almost spend 80 dollars in this order , and I was so disappointed , the fries were all burned , I called costumer service because I got my order wrong and plus I did not got the ranch I order , he wasn’t very nice , I understand you guys gets busy but at least an apology , and i wasnt looking for a refund or free food , i was at least waiting for an apology but that did not happened .

So the last few times I have been coming to this wing stop they have been giving me nothing but the drum sticks. And basically because alot of ppl order flats your stuck only getting the drums. I like a mix of both. Its no fault of the next customers they should let you know about this ahead of time.

First experience at Wingstop, about what I expected. I decided to try it after seeing a commercial for their chicken sandwiches and thinking “Mmm that looks like a tasty chicken sandwich.” I ordered the chicken sandwich combo, opting for the lemon pepper dry rub. The chicken itself was very nice – it was juicy and crispy, and was a decently sized chicken breast. The lemon pepper seasoning was alright, not bad per se but not something I would get again. The lemon came out very strong. The fries were amazing. I did not know what to expect, but every part of the fries was delicious. I’m not sure what they season them with, but they were some of the best fries I’ve had. The service was reasonably fast for placing an order in store for carryout. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, but overall this was a fine first experience at Wingstop.

The last three orders have been messed up. One of the three times my wings didn’t have the seasoning! Not to mention their customer service is an HR video on what NOT to do. I don’t mind paying inflation prices if I’m still getting a quality product but this establishment is a holy mess. Go ahead next door to Johnny J’s they will make you a great wing.

Rude. And unprofessional. Ordered a 10 piece traditional meal and the 20 piece boneless special. One employee was texting while I was waiting for someone to acknowledge me. My order was “ready” before I walked in. Picked up my food drive home pull the order out of the bag for my family and everything is there except the 10 piece traditional. I called before I left. No answer. So I go all the way back to the store (calling multiple times on my way) and was rudely told they couldn’t do anything without the bag of food and that I could drive ALL THE WAY back home and bring the bag. Please tell me what that would prove? And why would drive out of my way to come back to the store to get food if I had it at home? Was told I could call the GM and that she would be in on Tuesday. Call the same phone that I had been calling that they also claimed never rang? Sure. The food we did receive was hardly even worth the price. Fries were old and cold wings were barely warm. First and only time I will ever visit this location.
