Wow, I would rate this place a zero if I could. Worst customer service ever, actually, they don’t have any customer service, it’s called “chat with pepper”. So anytime your order is wrong, there’s actually no way for you to get a refund. I spent 40 minutes chatting with pepper trying to get my refund and nothing. It’s as if I was talking to a literal robot about money I spent. I ordered a simple veggie bowl, the same one that I’ve ordered for ages. And not only was it wrong, but items that I ordered like chips and sides were missing. Absolutely unprofessional that I couldn’t even get in touch with a human being to talk about my order. The bowl wasn’t even half full which is just not worth your money, save it it and spend it somewhere else. This is absolutely disgusting and I will not be ordering from this corporation again. All I am asking for is my refund that I very much deserve because this order was completely wrong.

The food was good and had a lot of flavor. Service was fast. Guacamole was an extra $2.65. I like to get a bowl and a tortilla on the side and split it into two meals. They now charge an extra .50 for a tortilla. You can get both kinds of beans and rice for no extra charge.

Went in to have dinner. Their were no other customers in store I went to counter to order and no one even acknowledged I was even their, I finally spoke up and and finally a young man ask me what I wanted. After looking at the condition of the food prep area and counter top which wasn’t clean for a very long time I decided to leave I didn’t want to get sick from the condition they were making food for customers. I have never ever see such a unhealthy condition were I the customer had to tell them to clean their food prep up. Good luck if you want to eat their.

Went in 10 minutes before closing. Still had all the options I wanted. Made my good super quick. Got me in and out in like two minutes. Food still tasted hot and fresh. Chipotle never disappoints

My experience here is usually fine but the last few times I’ve done a mobile order they include ingredients I didn’t ask for. I will commonly not want rice but they put it in my bowl anyways. I’m not mad but it is bothersome , they just need to be more careful. Also the portion size is not consistent.

Worst Chipotle got less then one scoop for 3 meals. When I asked about it they said they are lessening their portions. They next guy after order exactly the same meal and got 2 scoops they thing. When brought it up for the second time. All they said was sorry and gave me a 1.00 off.

Wife came in to grab food because I wasn’t feeling well. They didn’t get the order right. Forgot part of our order for the food. You can’t speak directly with someone at the store unless you go through an automated process where you just say customer service half a dozen times and then it tries to connect you. Here’s the kicker, they don’t answer the phone anyways after you call. Overall, a very disappointing experience with all parties involved. The reason we don’t eat out often is this specific situation. Never accurate, no customer service representative when needed and complete disregard for the clientele. Thanks but no thanks Chipotle. One more business that isn’t essential we don’t need to waste money on.
