In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The young men who work as associates there are okay. The manager need to be fired. They had me pull around from the drive thru so they could drop my food fresh. They left out the fries for one of my combos (not a big deal) I stood at the walk up windows for a minute and let the manager clear the drive thru before knocking on the window. It’s loud so I guess she couldn’t hear me. I had to yell through the window “excuse me ma’am I’m missing the fries for my number one” she looks at me and rolls eyes then walks away. One of the young men who work there answered the window and remembered. That’s okay we’re all human. But the manager then instructed the workers to give me a small fry instead of a medium. Garbage service. Retaliation for their mistakes. Food was not up to par with other Checkers in the area. The burger was disgusting. I won’t be back.

I have given this location many opportunities to be better. Each time, they disappoint! I went today. They were slow, 20 plus minutes in line after ordering. They did not give my change back, and I paid for fries, but there was none in the bag. Management needs to stop just putting body in there and either train or hire people who care about customer service.

This was our first visit to the Southaven Checkers. The exterior looked shabby and uncared for, but my son really wanted to try Checkers food. We ordered using the drive-thru. The speaker was not working properly, so it was hard to understand the person taking our order. My son ordered a burger and some loaded fries. They were out of the first two drinks he asked for, so he had to settle for a third choice. He said his food tasted okay. I ordered a fish sandwich, but the fish was dark brown and looked and tasted like it had been cooked in old oil. My fries also also tasted like old oil. Very disappointing. The 3 staff members I saw did not appear to like being there. We will not be going back to this Checkers.

Was in Southhaven Ms for a concert we went to this rat hole and it was the worst experience ever. Fries tasted like they were fried in old oil . Burger was cold with a piece of cheese on it with a ton of mayonnaise. Employees were rude. I wouldn’t give this nasty rat hole one star.

So I just left this place. Was never told how much it was and didn’t get a receipt. I look on my bank app just to see and it stayes $32.00!! 2 combos and 2 for 5 sandwiches… I think management needs to be looking at the refunds. There is no way this cost that much. Even if the combos were $10 a piece it would be around 28 bucks at the most….poor service, presentation, looks like I got it out of the dumpster. I haven’t eaten it yet so no comment on that (yet) On top of that I didn’t get cheese or the size I asked for. I do believe GM should be contacted about this place, seeing all of the other bad reviews this place has.

Hard buns, and mustard on my baconzilla. It was so sloppy but I should’ve known better because they always look like they’re closed. The speaker is distorted so the employees get frustrated with you. They gave me my food sealed so unfortunately I didn’t get it open until I was long down the road. Everything is going up on the price but the food looks terrible. Spending $12 and I’m still hungry. So unsatisfied in Southaven….

$35 on fast food, long wait, and a 5 minute drive home to find out the ENTIRE order was ice cold. Even the bun for the burger was cold. Like it had been refrigerated. Cold tenders. Cold fries. Cold burgers. Drinks were flat. Had to microwave the entire meal which made it gross. Never again. Reading the other recent reviews, this seems to be a trend here. With the owner just saying “oh gee whiz we will step up our game” but clearly doing nothing. Wouldn’t accept the coupon we got in the mail either. Wendy’s it is next time.
