Traditionally, it’s a great spot for chicken strips and hot fries. Not today, ordered a large fry with my 4 strip meal since there was a 4 and 1 year old who would want some fries. Got home, 20 minutes away, opened the box and there was barely a small order of fries, a gravy container was opened on its side leaking all over the small amount of fries i did have. Very disappointed. Called the store and no one answered.

I ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday. I only gave directions of using bright colors. They made it perfect…loved the colors and the flowers. My daughter raved about it. You nailed it!!!

We ordered online and arrived at the store when we were told it would be ready. Waited at the counter for several minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Told the person we had an online order and they mumbled something and walk a way. Waited another 15 minutes same person comes back to counter and asked if we needed to order. Again told him that we had an online order this they told us that they had not started making it. Finally after waiting 45 minutes after we were told it would be ready, we got our order. How ever when we got home it was missing an item and one of the items was not made correctly. This will be the last time we eat at this restaurant.

Absolutely terrible. The manager should be fired on the spot. Took a half hour to get a 3 piece chicken strip basket. Took 30 minutes for this…awful.

GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION AND SAVE YOUR SELF FROM A HEADACHE. I have never left this bad of a review before. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Long wait time of 45 minutes with only 4 vehicles in front of us. We only got ice cream treats. Took 21 minutes from order to get items. Order was not satisfactory. Ordered and paid for extra toppings and get less than normal. Mentioned the long line to staff, and they replied with “well it’s only been 21 minutes, not 45” and handed our order back with still less than normal toppings ( not the extra toppings we got charged for )

Of course, I love DQ, but this location needs more staff. The few that are there are ran ragged and not able to keep up. It took almost an hour for 2 blizzards. Plus, since they are so under staffed, the restaurant area is not clean. Most of the tables are dirty, and the floors are sticky.

Literally every time I have come here recently there is always an issue. Today the issue was no sauce that I payed extra for, a missing piece of chicken in my 4 piece box, no bread in my chicken strip box, wrong sauce for my child’s chicken strips, charged me incorrectly, and no straws. I highly suggest this building hire competent people, as I work in the food service industry myself and deal with rushes every day and do not mess up this regularly. Anyone looking to go here go to a different one and save your energy, time, and money .

Got 2 blizzards and they both sucked. Paid damn near $15 for 2 med (they were very small) and had hardly any stuff in them. All ice cream. TERRIBLE!!!!!! Never go there!!!

Horrible service in the drive thru. Not told my total when I placed my order, told one price when I paid, given back incorrect change and was still shorted a dollar when I left because the associate can’t count. Had an attitude with me like it was my fault. Do better DQ, do better!

Literally 20 minute wait during a slow time. Looks like a common theme with the reviews and whoever is in charge is leaving the same automated response for everyone. Time that management and employees are trained better.
