Sometimes, they get too caught up in the drive-through, and the counter customers get neglected. Most employees have good attitudes and good service to match. Loved the avocado toast and mango smoothies. The other food is okay.

I ordered 2 items and person was barely listening and I got to the window I was provided my iced coffee repeatedly saying I wanted oat or almond milk. I got my iced coffee and waited for my avocado toast with bacon. The person came back to the window and asked if I ordered avocado toast and then I paid for it because I wasn’t charged for it initially. I got my ‘toast’ pulled into a parking spot to eat it and found there was no bacon and the ‘toast’ was not toasted, it was avocado bread sans bacon. I checked the receipt and I was not charged for the bacon. I went back and told them it was not toasted and I did not get bacon. They gave me a new toast that was toasted a little more than the first ‘toast’ and had an ample amount of delicious and perfectly cooked bacon. No one is perfect however paying attention is a big part of customer service.

Holiday hours…thank you however, 3.99 plus tax for 1 Breakfast taco w/bacon is insane as you literally get 2 bits. I took a picture of how small and how much it lacked the amount of ingredients but it doesn’t give me an option to upload. The flavor was good but I wouldn’t purchase it ever again ♀️ purchase at own risk.

Very odd service. Ordered from kiosk, breakfast sandwich, ice tea and donut. The breakfast sandwich came out right away. The tea next from a different person. After several minutes realized no one was going to get my donut & went back to counter for help (there was a gentleman before me who was still waiting for his box of donuts). Staff is very nice and polite but process is disjointed and no employee checking if the entire order is filled.

Gross. Please GOD dont eat here. I looked in the ice cream case and there was MOLD and some sort of SLUDGE growing there. The restroom was covered in urine and the soap dispenser had so much dried gunk that was different colors, you KNOW it hasnt been cleaned in there for a long time, not to mention the scum around the sink handles. We paid for a sundae and literally just left anyways. Didnt even go back for the money!

This place has the worst service and most lazy people. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and butter . They never put the cream cheese but charged me for it. Went back again next day same thing again . This time went in the store to complain. My son goes on to get donuts makes the order on machine bell goes off rings for 10 minutes before they start getting the ticket to make the order. Total disregard for customer.

The people are nice, but i have a weird suspicion this dunkin is cutting corners somewhere. This is the only dunkin where i order a cold brew and its totally inconsistent with other cold brews in the area. The drink is too strong. They are either not using a real cold brew and just giving you hot brewed coffee thats been chilled, or they arent using the correct amount of sweetener that you order. I know splenda is expensive but so is a 5$ coffee.

This location never gets it right, whether it’s the wrong donut flavor or not properly scanning a gift card. Customer service is the worst going through the drive thru. Sad cause it’s the closest drive thru for a quick breakfast but I’d rather go out of my way then stop here again.

My experience seemed pretty good until I was attempting to order a milkshake with two flavors. The cashier was genuinely confused by my request, so she called her supervisor who immediately informed me that they were forbiden to make mixed flavor shakes by her manager.
